Scheduled for completion in 2020, this building will complete the New Mexico Museum of Art's mission of "One Museum in Two Locations", providing a new home for their contemporary art collections and shows. The building will provide spaces for collections, galleries, and education. This is a home for family of five who are modernists and art collectors, who expressed a desire for plentiful natural light and for indoor / outdoor living.

The Levitated Toy Factory engages the vital growth of downtown while at the same time preserving its presence in an established urban context. The 6,000 s.f. Located on the ground floor of Northrop Hall at the University of New Mexico (originally designed by John Gaw Meem), the Meteorite Museum is home to one of the most nationally significant collections of meteorites.

Circulation core attached to south side of existing building, with artist's residence at top floor. The project required a major renovation of the existing building shell to provide new lithography press rooms, classrooms, gallery, and offices, while a new stair and elevator tower connects the lithography workshop ant the public galleries with a private artist in residence penthouse.
Located on the ground floor of Northrop Hall at the University of New Mexico (originally designed by John Gaw Meem), the Meteorite Museum is home to one of the most nationally significant collections of meteorites.
