I scheduled via the business page for a last minute need to have 4 bedrooms carpets cleaned and within minutes I had a response for my preferred date and time. The serviceman arrived on time the day of my service and went straight to work.
The rooms were cleaned beautifully with no mess or residue in the hallways. The pricing is incredibly fair and has now caused me to rethink cleaning the rooms myself and to reschedule with SteamPlus!
I also liked the option to pay online as soon as the job was complete.

Had Rigo comes to clean a couch and a couple of chairs. Called around looking for quotes from some other companies and SteamPlus's rates were among the best. Rigo was professional (which is not always a given), punctual, and seemed to take his time and give plenty of attention to detail on the job. I will definitely seek out his services again!

They were fantastic! You know how companies like to tell you that they’ll arrive between 8am and 2pm and then they don’t show up until 4:30? This company said they would arrive at 12 (not a range, just 12:00), and he pulled up to my house at 11:58! Punctual, fast, very polite, and an incredible price. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again the next time we need our carpet cleaned.

He did the job very professionally. Put corner guards to keep the walls safe in case of the hoses touching the wall to prevent any stain on the wall. The hoses were like-new, he says he cleans the hoses after every job that's why they look new. Well done. He did 6 room plus the closets in less than 2 hours, very focused. I will call him for the next job.

Very professional and attentive to our cleaning needs! This is our 2nd time using SteamPlus and are highly satisfied with Rigo’s efficient work! We have 2 huskies that track dirt/mud through the house leaving… stains in the favorite laying/resting areas. Rigo did an excellent job in removing the visible stains and even refreshed over their favorite couch to lay on!!! Definitely will continue using SteamPlus for our carpet cleaning needs!

Rigo was fabulous! He was on time and professional, and our carpets look and smell amazing. The ‘dog smell’ has been eliminated, the price was very reasonable, and we will be booking our next cleaning for the rest of the carpeted rooms ASAP (didn’t do them all at the same time so we had a place to move the toys/chairs/kids stuff/etc). We definitely recommend this company to everyone.
