Went to get work done after purchasing this vehical from them. Went back because they seemed nice and wanted to help. After inspection, I was told of several repairs that needed made, totaling over $2500. The main concern was a dirty cadailiac converter. I was quoted over $300 for the part and $700 for labor. I asked how much labor was...they said $175/hour. and it was a 4 hour job. After being outraged at this price, I called around. A hynundai dealership quoted $130/hour labor cost and an estimated 1-2 hours of labor charges. Hummmm $260 vs $700 for the same job...both dealerships. yeaaaa this

Took my daughters car to get her key re-programed. Was told be there for a 10:30 am appointment to get the key programmed. An hour 45 mins later, was told would need a new key ($241). I said ok. Waited another hour only to be told that the tech miss-cut the key and it would not physically work to start the car or unlock the doors. Seriously? Three hours and you miss-cut a $241 key? Before they could tell me it was going to cost more, got the car and left. AVOID at all costs.

If I could have given 0 stars that would be the rating. Had to travel up there multiple times to have my wheels balanced correctly then at the end of the day they still were not done right. Had to go to another shop to later tell me the balance was completely off and that is why my car was shaking. Do not go to their service department.

Don't be fooled by this place! They advertise Express Service without appointments and hours of operations are supposed to be until 7pm on Tuesdays. I arrived at 5:50pm today 4/9/19 for oil change and was asked if I had an appointment, which I didn't have because "no appointment needed" for Express Service according to their website. I then was told that since it was already "6pm" and I didn't have an appointment that they could not change the oil and that I should make an appointment. Never again!

We bought a car with only 16k miles on it. Within four months we had a problem with the break lights and the car not starting. Ricart repaired at the cost of $307.85. Now nine months later were having the same problem. They said it was not their problem and we would have to pay again. We did not bring it back. We took it to a local repair shop and I bought the part for $19.99 and to intall he charged me $20.00. He said it was a fifteen minute fix. It was the exact same part that Ricart repaired. $307 vs $40. Ricart screwed us once but it will never happen again. My advise is to go elsewhere to

I have taken my 3 different vehicles here since I moved to this area in March of 2016. I have had great service here. Very friendly employees and the reps that explain "suggested repairs" have never come to me being very pushy nor harping heavy on the extras. I enjoy their service center and the facility is large with plenty of seating. Bathrooms and customer lounge areas have always been clean and they do offer free cookies and coffee. Free WiFi as well. Next time I buy, I will most likely come here.

Sometimes its best for customer service to avoid their lame, canned responses to bad ratings cuz all it does is p*ss off your customer more. When you have the nerve to question my disappointment by saying you performed "additional updates at no cost" when those updates were not updates at all, you were correcting a problem that your service center caused because it wasnt a problem until taking my car into Ricart. I would expect Ricart to correct the problem at no cost. And Regan, plz dont waste your time with another canned reply to this update because at this point nothing is going to

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. It took 1.5 hrs and they didn't even call when my car was ready, I had to call them. Once I started to drive away, I could hear a very loud fan noise in my AC. I turned right around and told them about it. They had the service guy come out who said they didn't touch anything that dealt with the AC only the oil. So I said this wasn't happening before so it coincidentally started right after yall worked on my car? He stated yes. I asked to speak with a manager who immediately said that they check the AC filter when they do a oil change. So

First....the place is large and a little confussing to get around. Had a service appointment for my Kia Optima. Went to the Kia service bay; was told my appointment was at there "Motor Trend" service area. Was able to find it. After checking in, I checked my service email that I received from Ricart. Nothing indicated where to go for the appointment; suggestion: indicate where to go in the email reminder.....Thanks!

Once again, found myself in need off some warranty work. I went in expecting greatness. Instead, I got amazing.
Repairs took some time, but it was a comfortable wait in the sevice area on comfy, plush chairs. The area was very clean and neat...bathroom too!!
Again, I expect great when I go, but what blew me away this time was the fact that when my repairs were completed, I got an email letting me know they were done! That's totally awesome. I can go look at other cars, chill at Subway on the lot, or even run myself through the car wash if I please, and they'll buzz me when it's time

I scheduled an appointment and dropped my 2013 CX-5 for a number of warranty issues, and to have the oil changed (which included tire pressure check and rotation). The car went in with no malfunction indicators, just a few miles after I picked up the TPMS light came on. I was on my way to Costco, their tire center verified there were no punctures, and found the tire pressure was off on all 4 times. They adjusted the pressure, but the TPMS light stayed on (the manual has no instructions for resetting it). Eager to fix the situation, Angie -- the service manager -- has me work with Greg to setup
