We didn't buy anything from this shop, but this review is for the exceptionally pleasant interaction we had with Cliff this weekend. We were in the market for a new sofabed and went to 14 furniture stores in SF over two days. We ended up finding a reupholstered 1940s sofabed from the UK that we fell in love with and purchased. But prior to finding our sofabed, we walked into Echo.

Cliff was great. We got the Innovation Furniture Full size cubed sofa bed from him. It is the best thing for our studio. It is super comfortable for daily use. If you don't have a lot of room the Innovation Furniture sofa beds are the way to go.
We got it delivered and assembled at our place for a great price. Will buy from him again!

I had the best experience from start to finish shopping with Cliff! Great selection at reasonable prices. What a relief to shop in person after months of scouring websites selling products with months of backorder wait time.

We got a beautiful sleeper from here. It is comfy to sleep on, and resists the stain my toddler can create. The owner or manager was a pleasure to work with. It's been years since the purchase but we are so grateful still!

There free parking in the back if you get your ticket valeted. A lot of reasonably priced modern furniture. The sale guy was really helpful and fast with our transaction.

richard is the owner. he took care of me. been in the business for a long time. knows his stuff. the store has a great selection of stocked items. it has every quality level and large price range. for what i got (a bed), it was great value. will definitely shop there again.

I encourage everyone to visit Cliff at echo furniture. He's just a standup guy. He went above and beyond with an innovation sofa that I purchased from him about 6 years ago that was experiencing some issues. Because my sofa had a matching chair and because both units were discontinued, he ended up finding as close a model sofa to mine as possible and then swapping the outer lining between the two. My re-covered sofa looks perfect. Good luck getting that kind of service from an online retailer. So glad i bought from Cliff.

Do your furniture shopping here first. Echo Furniture has excellent products and (forgive the cliche) at excellent prices. You will find only quality furniture here. And quality furniture usually means high prices. Not so here. Echo furniture does not sell cheap products. But the are a great value. There are a wide variety of designs but all of them are tasteful and good looking.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Knowledge and level of customer service is unparalleled. They have a great range of products with very reasonable pricing. They take complete and total ownership of the entire process from ordering, to status updates, to delivery, to resolving issues.

When we stopped in, we explained what we were looking for and Cliff gave us a stack of catalogs to look through with helpful explanations of each. We camped out there for over an hour looking through everything and Cliff was available the entire time for questions without ever being sales-y or making us feel rushed

Wow, this company has the best product support and after service that I've ever experienced in my life.
We purchased a table seven years ago from Echo. It's massive three leaf glass top that rolls in or out to make 95" long table. It's mechanism is designed in a way that when it is set up properly the leaves glide and pop into position with minimum pull. But the table weighs a ton. I visited his store a few times while checking out furniture for my new apartment, and even though his space is on the smaller side there are still quite a few options to check out. Not only does this store have the best selection of furniture (including made to order), Cliff is hands down the most helpful, friendly, and easy-going sales person I've ever worked with. Whenever we have purchased larger items from a dining table to a sofa, I always ended up going back to Echo. I shop around some of the bigger stores to get an idea of what I like (and to see if there is anything better), but no one has ever come even close to offering what Echo Furniture does in terms of quality, design, and value for your money. I am long overdue in expressing my support and confidence in Echo Furniture and for Cliff. This is a great shop and an excellent resource for purchasing and finding out more about popular modern products. We purchased a bed frame and have subsequently gone in there for assistance with Flor Tiles, Fatboy Bean Bag Chairs, etc.

Their product lines are hip and durable, prices reasonable, and they are extremely knowledgeable about what they carry.

Plus they're also quite nice.

Echo Furniture deserves another Kudo from me. Cliff is the BEST person to go to for any home furnishing advice. From carpet, to window coverings, to color matching, to furniture style... He is generous to share his knowledge and he would spend as much time as you need with you. Cliff told me what to look out for when I purchase a carpet, even when I'm not buying from him. He would go out of his way to make sure I'm getting the right things for my house.

This place has the hippest hipster furniture I've ever seen near and/or in Noe Valley. It's truly a treat to walk through their sparsely decorated store. I love their minimalist style, and their chic, elegant look.
