I contacted a number of fencing companies after a recent wind storm. Most of the bids were comparable. Logan suggested a few options that I liked. They were able to fit me into their schedule for the next week and completed the work in two days; just in time for the next 70mph wind storm. My new fence held up to it just fine. The crew left no trash or piece of spare lumber behind. They were hard working and polite and open for any questions. I could not be happier with the work they did and my brand new fence.

Our fence and gate turned out gorgeous, thanks to First Rate Fence. It honestly turned out way better than I could have dreamed. Logan and his team were so nice, professional and hard working. They completed our entire fence in 2.5 days. Their pricing was right in the middle of three quotes we received and we just felt the best vibe from Logan. Exceptional customer service. I was a high maintenance client with a small job and Logan, Casey, and Chris were there throughout the job. They worked with me ahead of time to get the 6x pickets I wanted and were in very short supply this summer. They gave me an accurate time frame of when they would start and showed up on time. They didn't add charges even though it took longer to do the job and I threw a last minute wrinkle at them with a custom gate handle. I had a minor issue during construction of the fence and Logan came right over and came up with a solution. We added the cover over the gate

First Rate completed a 450' of fence across 6 properties in under a week's time, in the snow, rain and cold temps. Logan and his crew were very professional and made sure that we were all on the same page before work started. It's hard to get 6 neighbors to agree on anything, let alone how much they are willing to pay for a fence. It's a tribute to First Rate that they came in with a bid that was fair to all of us. We worked with Logan and his team in May 2019 for a fence around the perimeter of our yard plus an extra wide gate. Logan was such a great help, patiently answering all of our questions and helping us with design elements. His pricing was straight forward and up front, nothing snuck in at the last minute. Logan and his team absolutely knocked this project out of the park. I had a 4 foot garden fence that had seen better days and lacked privacy on a busy street. On short notice Logan was able to give an estimate and complete the project in a timely manner. He is also great at communicating concerns and your input to make sure you are happy with the outcome of the fence. He also makes sure the job is done right. I had a bad footer in one of the fence posts that he recommended replacing to make sure the project was done correct and would not be compromised with our Colorado winds. Fair and upfront

We added a new dog to our family recently, which means we needed to feel safe letting him outside - a new fence was coming as a result. I built my own house 25 years ago, so you can imagine that I am not going to let just anybody work on my property. We interviewed several contractors that could do the job, but only one felt like family as soon as we talked. We've completely flipped a home in Denver and have worked with tons of contractors - electricians, framers, plumbers, drywall installers - and most contractors have at least one mark against them. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME. I had the same experience as Matt B. below. Logan was very nice and quick to respond to my initial quote request. He and another guy came over a few days later and spent a good amount of time asking questions and measuring our space. He said I would have a quote within a few days. I messaged him back after a week, and again after 10days. Then, I left a voicemail that was never returned. I still have heard absolutely nothing and it has been over 2 weeks.

He worked quickly, efficiently, and in the rain! We'll definitely hire him again for other projects around the house. His pricing was also very fair compared to other estimates we got.

Seemed like very nice guys... but they came out to give an estimate, took measurements, promised a follow-up email and then completely disappeared.
Nothing. For over three weeks.

Logan provided an outstanding service experience transforming my rough fence idea into reality, and it looked better than I originally imagined. Logan was professional, a pleasure to speak with, and accepted nothing less than excellence on the install. This included a situation where some of the materials provided by a vendor were not to his standards. Logan identified the issue and personally addressed it to ensure our fence provided the aesthetic and quality we were seeking. First Rate Construction was amazing -- on time, dependable, budget friendly. I gave Logan (the owner) a sketchy/limited description of what I thought our fence repairs might be, he gave us an honest estimate and started the repairs quickly afterwards. The project started and ended on time, Logan was respectful to our neighbors and ensured everything was clean and tidy before he left. He definitely takes pride in his work, I highly recommend First Rate Construction!

We are new to the area and found Logan through a recommendation. I had a wooden fence with 15 rotted 4x4 posts set in concrete. Logan replaced all the rotten posts with metal posts set in cement. Logan cleaned the work area everyday and did a final complete cleaning at the end of the job. The fence will hold up now for years.
