I've used this company multiple times, the problem is that the owner does not supervise the workers, so they do whatever they think is right, resulting in disappointment. I've told the owner (in writing) multiple times either to do or not do certain things, but he does not convey the instructions to his workers. Furthermore, there's a language barrier (i.e. none of the workers speaks English), so communicating directly to the workers is problematic. As a result, the work is done wrong, requiring rework, and water damage has been caused as well - the owner becomes indignant when confronted
