I had Johnson my roof in May of 2019. I am totally happy with their work but in September of this year, I got some slight damage from a major storm that went through. Clint came out on the 17 Sep, gave me a quote and said he'd be out in a couple days to do the repairs. I have tried to text and call him but he has effectively "ghosted" me. If the company cannot or will not do the repairs, It would at least be nice if they were professional enough to tell me. I wanted them to do the repairs because they did the original work and would be familiar with the shingles used.
