We had them install a new black chain link fence and wrought iron fence. They showed up time when Bobby said he would be here. The price was fair and the work got done to a T just as Bobby said it would. They finished on time and made my life way less stressful to allow us to get our dogs into our new home. I contracted this company a few months back for fence replacement and a gate on one side of my yard. They did a very good job, however, their customer service is lacking. I recently requested a callback in regards to a piece of the gate that was broken. In the past few weeks I’ve made three phone calls asking for a quick look at this and have not yet received any response. I expected more than this lack of concern.

Initially, very impressed. They did a really good job and for a decent price. However, we asked them to install 2 drop rods like our previous gate had. Have been trying to contact them since May 4, 2021. I have texted and called the employee who installed the fence, the business office secretary, and the owner. Empty promises of, "the boss will call you soon." They just flat out refuse to call me. Now our gate is leaning due to the high winds and we will have to pay another fence company to come fix it and finish the job that they won't do. Will never use this company again. Wouldn

I used this company just a few months ago to build a privacy fence. They guys who did the work were very nice.
I just called in to let the company know that my double gate isn't holding up very well and seems like it's about to break.
I spoke with Bobby and he was so rude to me. I was completely taken back with how he spoke to me that I was almost in tears. I was not in any way upset about my gate, but was calling to see if they could have someone come look at it.
I do appreciate the receptionist calling me back to apologizing for what had just happened.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Fence Pro of Oklahoma and Bobby Warden and the crew that he sent to my place to build my wife and I a new Cedar privacy fence! The fence looks absolutely amazing and the the guys who built it were very professional and friendly! Had our fence built in early 2020 (prepandemic) and had an excellent experience. I then called them to have the come back and stain and seal my fence. I was extremely pleased with the color of the stain, the speediness of the job, and the attention to detail. I really appreciate the fact that one of the employees cleaned our brick that got stain on it and make sure they cleaned up any mess they made. Highly recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had Fence Pro install a gate and new cedar fencing for my back driveway. I advised them the wind blows hard in this area between my home and neighbor's fence. The gate broke open and busted fence pickets 4 times in 3 months! They said it was just nature and charged me each time to repair it. Do not use this shoddy company. Awful craftsmanship and customer service.

Good service. The owner provided a quote the day we called. They were competitive and professional. Fence Pro arrived the day they said they would and completed the work quickly and left the site clean. The hardware used is nice and looks pretty. Owner returned at the end of the job to check the work and be sure we were happy. Overall very pleased with their service and product. Highly recommend.
