On a tight budget and limited time frame, I never thought Sunset Remodeling and Design could deliver an awesome job for me. After I sent them a message from their website regarding room addition, they did a survey on my place first to check if it is possible. They gave me the Pros and Cons of the design I have in mind and suggested things that would work for me without going overboard on my budget. They finished the job as expected and the result was very pleasing. This is the kind of contractor that everyone should hire.

I do not usually leave reviews but I am very impressed and thankful for Sunset. I have done a lot of remodeling in my time and most contractors are terrible at communicating and listening to you but Jonathan was great. I bought a house that needed complete remodel of the 2 bathrooms. Jonathan met with me and walked me through different design options for my budget, he even went with me to stores to pick finished material. He communicated with me every step of the way and even planned for surprises. I found my San Francisco contractor.
