We ordered some firewood. They delivered it December 18th, 2021. We tried burning it. But, it won’t burn because it’s wet. So, we have let it sit. We noticed after a week they were droppings underneath the wood. Turns out to be termite droppings. We called them to come back and get the wood. After a few days Robert Stuart returned the call and said that he would send Daniel out to pick up the wood. He gave us a date and time. We waited all day for him to show up, but he never did. We reached Robert again and he told us that Daniel had car trouble. That doesn’t excuse him from not reaching

So right off, Robert was exceptionally nice and helped me decide not to trim one particular tree until it went dormant. He was also responsive and on time. Also, he was having a medical issue so this may have impacted his service.
I needed him to drop three large threes that were connected at the base. He started out doing a great job trimming from top to bottom, but for some reason dropped one of those trees into my neighbor' yard. And then he said he was done. He did loan me his saw, oil, and fuel to remove that tree in my neighbor's yard but he had to leave.

All Star Tree Service removed a 95' poplar that was 14' from the corner of our house. Robert and the All Star crew were great! They took the tree out without any problems. The crew of five were very efficient and pleasant to work with. They ground up the waste and cleaned up nicely. They had to fell the tree in just the right direction to avoid other trees and gardens, which they managed quite easily. When the tree fell it left a shallow depression in the ground (which they warned us about beforehand).. So they offered to put sand in it. We highly recommend All Star Tree Service!

There are a lot of below par tree services out there, All Star Tree Service is among the best that I have encountered. They replied promptly to my information request followed by a quick on-site estimate. The representative was very professional, providing me with an itemized estimate which included their insurance policies. The price was reasonable and he was not pushy on getting an obligation. The service itself was also great. They were very respectful of my lawn and fence, leaving no debris behind. The staff were professional and courteous. All Star Tree Service did a great job in taking down a large, dead maple tree in our yard. I was impressed with how professional and friendly everyone on the crew was. They made sure not to damage any of the nearby fencing, and they did their best to minimize damage to the yard. All Star was recommended to me by a neighbor, and I definitely will use them again in the future for any tree cutting needs. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend All Star Tree Service! They were very prompt when giving an estimate, making the arrangements. There estimate was very well put together. They provided a copy of their insurance and recommendations. It was detailed and very professional. They arrived when they said they would and all of the men were very professional and polite. They did a fantastic job cutting down the tree and it was a very clean, orderly process. They carried the limbs out of the yard and didn't drag them over the grass which made us very happy. I have used All Star a couple times for removing large trees from my yard. They have always done a great job. I would recommend them to anyone, as I have to neighbors and friends in the past. Robert, Andrew and the rest of the All Star Tree Service team are great. A few years ago, a co-worker recommended All Star when I needed to get the top of a cedar tree removed because it had broken off during a storm and was dangling over my shed. I also wanted to get 4 or 5 other trees removed. What most impressed me was when Robert came out to give me a quote and said he could not leave the top of the cedar tree hanging.
