Brittain is the President of Sonora Construction and a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Brittain has been involved in many various phases of land development in the Greater Houston Area.
As an engineer he has been involved in the layout, land planning, and platting of subdivisions and commercial developments, design and construction of water, sanitary, storm sewer, detention and drainage facilities, storm water quality features, roadways, water and wastewater treatment plants, and the creation of municipal utility districts.
As a contractor Brittain has overseen the construction of streets, utilities, detention and amenity pond excavation, grading, drainage improvements, and storm water quality features.Brittain applies knowledge from past experiences to current projects to provide his clients with a thorough understanding of the entire development process not just one particular aspect at a specific point of development.
