The absolutely only company that made me a priority and I called multiple.

I called btu after several attempts to get other businesses out to my house for a quote. Not only did they hurry here but they took the time to explain what I needed and how we could do it. I needed duct work a heater the works. The pricing was amazingly affordable especially after ball park estimates from the other businesses in the area.

The next week they started work and I even changed my mind on the placing of one of my (beautiful) vents. This was no problem and they made sure I was happy with it. Dave1, Dave and Tom were the best. I'm so happy and thankful to them.

Have had four dealings with them, three of which were horrible experiences. One we had a heater repaired and a new exhaust put on it, and I had to clean up their mess including blood where he cut himself on the metal. Another time we had a water meter burst and all they did was complain in front of me most of the time while replacing it. The third was the most frustrating and the final straw. I scheduled an appointment has my heater was malfunctioning and they noshowed me. I waited all day for them and they never came and not only did they never show, they never called to tell me they weren't going

I needed a repair on my heating system for winter. Heard a lot of great things about btu, so I gave them a call, the owner was really nice. They got right to work. Very affordable as well, my heating is better than ever. They did an amazing job thank you so much btu. :)

During the recent Polar Vortex weather event my furnace stopped working. I called BTU Supply in Bradford, PA. Within an hour, a Tech was at my house. Rob identified the problem and promised to order the parts needed to make repairs. He returned the next day and made the necessary furnace repairs.
The bill for the furnace repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend BTU Supply to anyone needing HVAC servicing!
