ZAP was great! I was referred to him by a friend who uses him for gutter cleaning. I had my house, lanai, pool cage, fence, driveway and sidewalk pressure cleaned. It is all so clean that it seems brighter inside my home. Zach was prompt, did a great job, was easy to communicate with and all around a pleasure to work with. For sure, I will use him again!

I am extremely impressed by the soft cleaning job performed on my older tile roof in Sarasota. I wasn't sure at first if a "soft cleaning", done without high pressure washing, would get the roof back to looking good again. I was pleasantly surprised! I've even had a more than a few neighbors out of the blue compliment me on how well the roof looks now.
I would recommend calling Zach at Zap Cleaning, especially if you have a tile roof which requires a gentle touch. The cost little, and was well worth the result. Thanks Zach!
