Ordered some stone to be delivered they delivered the wrong stone but I contacted the manager and dispatch the truck to come back pick up the right one and deliver the same day I was able to meet my deadline with the homeowner thank you Meadows Farm for not letting me down

So bummed. They came highly recommended by friends who used them but unfortunately really did not come through for us. We made an appointment a month ago and 3 days before the planned meeting they called to cancel and push it further out. They have so much work, they really could not care less. The person who called just wanted to get me off the phone as fast as possible and said goodbye and good luck 5 times before I even finished my sentence. Disappointing experience and very poor customer service.

Great supply of plants, pumpkins and fun for the family. Prices are great.

I've purchased three River Birch Trees from Leesburg Meadow Farm Nursery with Delivery and plant all three trees. Everything went well until my irrigation system came on and there's a shooting water near where one of tree was planted.
I contacted customer service, crew, equipment manager Grady Morris.
I am all about giving credit where credit's due. Grady was nothing short of five star!
His customer service and professionalism were beyond my expectations. It made my experience dealing with Meadow Farm Nursery's much more satisfying.

Staff were friendly and helpful, talking with me at length about the best season to find certain native plants. I appreciated their advice. (Today may be the last day to take advantage of a sale on available native plants!)

Given that we were locked down for much of the duration of the store credit period you'd think the nursery would extend the time in which you could redeem it before it expired AND notify you that there is a time limit on such refunds in the first place.

No one there tried to be helpful. I asked a guy if a plant would be appropriate for an amount of shade, he suggested I go find his manager who was in the office since he didn't know about the plant I was asking about. Also, we stepped into the office and no one asked us if we needed anything. I was going to buy mulch, some roses, and some other things but left with nothing since they didn't care to be helpful.

I rarely write reviews online, but after an encounter with GG yesterday afternoon (Saturday 4/24/21) inside the greenhouse I have to let you know that she is one of your best employees. Please keep her. I'm a frequent visitor to your nursery and never had such a pleasant experience until I met GG. Knowledgeable, passionate, exceptional customer service are a few I can say about her. Employees like GG make me want to come back more.

I had some spring clean up done and I am very underwhelmed. They didn't "clean up" what was in the beds, just laid mulch down. I have sticky calls. All over the place and not one was picked up. I ended up raking the mulch left behind on my grass and picking up dead debris including the sticky balls. For the price I paid I can find someone else that would do a better job. Very disappointed.

They do not honor their warranties and don't return calls, even though they said the dead trees are dead and are covered.

Excellent selection of plants and trees. I like supporting a local business instead of Big Box chains.

I have been very disappointed in the landscaping service. For two years they have continued to patch mistakes they made. The big problem is that the landscaper promised to fix things but when the planters came to make the necessary corrections they were never what I was told would be done. I am going to have to have another landscaper come in and fix their mistakes. I do not recommend them!

I'd like to recognize a worker by name is Jacy. I was coming here regularly every year and was getting adequate help, but this time Jacy went above and beyond my expectations. I've asked him many questions and came to him three times and he was always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He definitely needs to be recognized by his manager. For workers like Jacy people are coming back to this place. Outstanding customer service.

I shop here a lot for plants. I went in last week wearing my mask and was surprised to see most of the employees were NOT wearing a mask. This concerns me because my mask protects others and their masks protect me. It just feels disrespectful for them to wait on me and not be wearing a mask.

For the fifth year in a row, Meadow Farms has supplied me with the perfect Christmas tree. This years was so symmetrically perfect that my son and daughter in law thought it was one of those impostor, artificial trees. I responded to them that I went to Meadow Farms and picked up some pine needles and put them on the floor around the tree just for the authenticity.
Their trees are laid out by price, size, type, and the staff are very helpful to us old codgers.

Both plants I've bought here brought home pests. It's a good thing I quarantine my new plants, or I would have risked ruining my collection.
One plant came with a case of lovely thrips.
The other plant? Spider mites.

Not even worth the time and effort to remove the pests.

Finally rained while I was home to where I could see if the French Drain sold to me by the designer was working. From these pictures it clearly is not. As a matter of fact, what was a swamp is now a pond. Aren't these people supposed to be the experts and guide the customer to a solution? I have had nothing but issues since July 11 when the planting team planted the clearance rack of plants in my yard. Why, as a customer, would I expect to get premium plants with the premium price I was charged for my project? Silly me? What was I thinking. I am so disappointed in this so called reputable

This is by far (it's far from me) but the BEST nursery ever. I visited the Annandale location which I loved, but they informed me this place would have a variety of even more indoor plants. (caladiums/monsteras). They even had an elephant plant!!!

It's large and would keep any plant lover stuck in here like a happy boy in a candy shop. They truly do have a vast collection of plants. Varying from outdoor shrubs and indoor succulents or tropical plants.

People are down to Earth and the prices are extremely generous. Especially when you sign up to be a VIP (Very Important Planter!) I

This place is hit or miss. Customer service has never been anything but meh. They have a very large selection, yes, but I'm not sure they're properly staffed for a place that big ie many of their plants look a little worse for the wear, not sure they're getting proper care. Be wary of rootbound plants and rot!

I went to 3 local garden centers today. Not looking for anything in particular but just checking out the local places. I just moved to Germantown and finally have a yard!!
As soon as I pulled in I saw people smiling-customers and employees- which instantly made me smile.
I wandered around for almost 2 hours and wanted to buy everything.
Prices were very good compared to the other 2 garden centers I visited earlier today.
They have a VIP program and I obviously signed up for that. Can't wait to get coupons!
The cashier was very informative and friendly.

Out of all of their locations, the Chantilly nursery has been the best overall for me. I've had any questions I've had answered right away, and there's always at least someone who can help me with plant care.

I filed this company to Better Business Bureau on Oct 14, 2018 and I got the first respond. They kept insist that they finished their work and they would write off the left amount of the payment if they could not make agreement with me finally. I refuse to take their suggest and I asked them again to finish their work. I expected to second respond but I got the collection letter suddenly from this company last Saturday. I purchased, and returned 2 Christmas trees in as many days to Costco Chantilly because they were TINY and bare for $32. I was so disappointed and frustrated but because we only live a few miles from Meadows Farms, we stopped in to check them out expecting $100 trees.

We were FLOORED at this place. They have a big fire pit out back and they have free popcorn, cider, hot chocolate, cookies, and tea. In addition, the tree prices start at $25 and the $25 ones were MUCH bigger than the ones at Costco. Not only that, all the trees are propped up and full so you can see exactly what they will look
