My s/o and I had a bottom of barrel experience here. We were sold a car that is certified pre-owned and was told no issues were on the car. At the time of purchase Troy the finance manager tried to take advantage and sell a warranty on a car that already is under warranty; if you are a woman please be aware this dealership likes to take advantage. Not a week later has passed since delivery of the vehicle when the engine light came on. This dealership is the best from the manager, sales associate to financial department. They were with us every step of the way. They went above and beyond in helping me and my husband purchase both of our vehicles. Brian Williams was able to get us the numbers we needed to work with and Donnie Stephens got us in our vehicles. Had a great experience with them! I called them after I had a not so great experience at another dealership and they got it right! Justin was a great salesman and would recommend him to anyone that wants to get a deal and a deal done right! This was the fastest and easiest I ever purchased a car. Todd Meyers was professional, amicable, and NOT pushy. I really like my 2018 Mazda 3. Like new inside and out and at a good price. It was everything I was looking for. My only complaint is that they would not make a serious offer on our trade-in vehicle. We bought their car and kept our old one to be put up for sale individually. Overall still a very good experience.
