YD Construction Inc was founded in 1998 and has provided the greater Boston area services in construction and remodeling. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, as well as property additions, finished basements and attics. I had a great experience with YD construction. Always responsive, great quality, and I appreciated the fact that everything was completed on time that was initially promised.
Highly recommend this company to anyone considering remodeling or construction services. Dmitry did a great job remodeling our kitchen in Marlboro. The project included removing the wall between the kitchen and living room, removing the old kitchen, installing new cabinets, new island, installing all appliances.
He also did the painting, installed the sliding door, and hardwood flooring. Everything looked perfect. I would hire them again for my next project. Me and my wife just moved into new condo a few months ago and hated our new bathroom. We tried to contact a few contractors but they took so long to respond, and get things going.

To get right to the point, we want to say upfront that we are tremendously impressed with YD Construction and would hire them again in an instant. Here are the details. We knew we had a huge problem on our hands when water began seeping into our living room ceiling from our master bathroom shower. After getting assessments of the problem, it became apparent that there was a major failure in the shower itself and that it would have to be completely replaced. The quest to find someone to do this project in our 14 year old house led us to YD Construction. Upon our first inquiry, Dmitri responded immediately

Dmitry is very responsive for our small project, and he insisted to stop by to check out himself of fixing the tile work in the front door, instead of just asking for pictures, like most of other contracts. This is very helpful from us to understand how he plan to do it, and all the correct materials we should prepare for our small tile repairing project.
Dmitry arrived on time and do the tiles very careful, and make sure the floor is as clean as possible.

We hired YD to remodel a kids bathroom and couldn't be more pleased. Vlad, Dmitry & team were very responsive to our needs and requests. What impressed us most about the team was the speed with which they worked. At a time when you can't get a contractor to return a call, this team started work less than two weeks after signing the contract - and they apologized for that delay due to a back-ordered part. I am very impressed with quality of work of YD constructions. When I saw one day bathroom advertising, I was hesitant but tried anyways . Yeah construction really kept its word . They started at 9am and by 6 pm same day I had renovated bathrooms. I definitely would recommend YD construction to anyone looking for bathroom update. They were on time , courteous and cleaned up before they left. They also very reasonably priced .

The team is solid and professional, they will go above and beyond to get the job done even when things don't pan out as expected. I like that they are always responsive, even now three years after the job. We gutted and remodeled our bath, kitchen, and hallway with them. The project had many unexpected issues come up ( it's a small apartment in the city ), including a plumbing issue that effected the entire building. Everything was always taken care of immediately. The communication is good and I always knew where the project was or of impeding problems while the apartment was worked

We hired YD construction for a major renovation at our home in Concord Mass. My husband and I bought a home that required a lot of TLC. Concurrently, we were preparing to become first-time parents to a baby girl in 4.5 months and hit with a global pandemic just after purchasing our home. Needless to say, stress levels were high and timelines were tight. I can honestly not say enough good things about the work that was done and am in awe of the end result. The guys who did the job is very lazy, he only worked 5 hours a day, went out to smoke every hour. Made my home very dirty and mass, he didn't bring enough tools, use my tools and trash bags. The job was terrible bad. Finally I had to totally demolished it. Please contact to me and I'll send pictures of what they did.
