Poland Heating and Air is a family-owned and operated business whose mission is to professionally provide access to reliable services so we may meet and exceed our customer's needs. David Poland launched Poland Heating & Air in 1985 as a home-based business in Cherokee county, Georgia. In 2002, the company had outgrown its location and we moved to our current offices on GA 20 between Canton and Cumming and in 2003, Chris Poland joined the team.
Poland Heating and Air provides sales, service and installation of both residential and commercial HVAC and Indoor Air Quality products throughout north metro Atlanta. We service all makes and models, but primarily install Trane HVAC equipment, Honeywell Thermostats, Zoning and IAQ products, as well as Aprilaire IAQ products.

I noticed a junction box for the air conditioning unit falling off the siding of our house on Saturday afternoon, June 26. I called the 24 hour number for Poland Saturday evening and spoke to Chris Poland. He said that the box was not an immediate issue but he would get his team on it Monday, June 28. On Monday at about 1130, his crew came out and fixed the problem. Thanks Chris and your team and Poland Heating and Air!

I called Poland Heating & Air to give me an estimate to replace my AC coil and (if needed) my AC coil and a condenser. My usual HVAC service company for the past 15 years (Neese Jones) quoted me $2,395 for the coil and $4,300/$4,500 (depending on the Seer rating) for the coil & condenser. Poland quoted me $998 and $3300/$3500. What a price difference! They did the work today, arrived on time & were very professional. So of course I'm now using Poland Heating & Air for my HVAC needs.

This is a great company with great people! We are having our basement renovated and they moved some ducks and fixed a small gas leak. The furnace stopped working this week and they came back to fix it at no charge even though the problem was likely caused by a subcontractor that was in after they were here.

When our AC went out in the middle of hot June, I thought it would be a pain to get it fixed. David at Poland Heating and Air was phenomenal. He was available quickly. Due to having to order parts it was unable to be fixed that day, but sure enough David had our AC running perfectly by 8 AM the next day. 5/5 David and Poland made my experience as smooth as it could be.

I can't say enough good about this company. I've had to use them three times in four years. Every time they have treated me fair and charged a great price. this last go-round I had to replace my entire HV AC and furnace. Their price wasn't the lowest but it also wasn't the highest. They came when they said they would and it did a great job. I didn't feel like I was trying to be sold things I didn't need. I really like this company and highly recommend him

We remodeled our house 12 years ago. David came up with the perfect design for a return to be put in our kitchen without cutting holes in the floor. It has worked wonderfully for us. You can't even tell it's there. Monday, August 26, 2019, we put in a call to have David come out and service this particular unit. One of his technicians, Butch Ostman, came out, diagnosed the problem and
fixed it. He had to replace a switch which he did not have with him. He was back out the next day and completed the repair. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable. We will definitely use Butch and David again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the hard working, knowledgeable, and KIND people at Poland. Poland was highly recommended to me after a terrible experience with another company and now I will never use anyone else. After years of AC issues, Poland was able to determine the source of a problem and work with me on solutions. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and explained exactly what was wrong. I have never experienced such great service!
