My personal experience with Orange County Fence was terrible. I hired them in November, 2019 to fabricate a large metal gate across a driveway and a small pedestrian gate at the side of the house. I provided them with a photograph of specific arch required on driveway gate.
Had on site detailed discussions on how gate posts were to be, how high off the ground, etc.
When they installed both gates in December, 2019, it was evident that there was a huge problem. Not only did they not come close to providing the specified arch design, they installed the gate at an angle where it was 22"

I have to say that the salesman we had is good. They just have very cheap quality work and it is VERY expensive. $1100 for a piece of junk gate! Never again!

Built my rear slat fence and then returned later and did the side fences after a windstorm. Vinyl costs are better than expected and the maintenance is minimal. Great sales guys, great service, great installers.

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with in recent years. I was having a 79 ft. Vinyl fence installed on one side of my property. It was supposed to be a one day job. I have several dogs so this was very important to me. Early in the afternoon I get a call from Gus telling me that they are short 32 ft of material and can't complete the job that day. However he assures me that they will be back in the morning by 10 a.m. to finish. At 1:30, no one has shown up and no one has called me. At 3:30 I call Gus because still no one has shown up. At 4:45 finally some one shows up to complete

Initially, I was pretty pleased with the estimate and design. The large driveway gate would be steel-framed to avoid sagging. Also, I asked for black hardware - even offered to buy myself - so I was upset when I saw the used some cheap, silver steel latch used on the small side gate. They did replace with black, but it is obvious where the old hardware was on my brand new fencing.
After all the work was done, I had asked for some adjustments to the gate, it was already sagging and the latch was not aligned properly. And also noted that there was sap drips throughout the fencing. I had an appointment

Buyers Beware...

Repeat customer here, but the 2nd time around has been an absolute nightmare. Going on almost 4 weeks from initial installation and the project is still not complete and no end in sight. The customer service this company has provided thus far is probably an industry worst. All the parts needed for installation were not present at time of installation... even though they said the project would be done in 1 day. The Picket fence they installed has different spaces between pickets on the gate compared to the rest of the Fence.... this is wrong yet not fixed. The privacy fence they

I should have done my homework before signing the contract for this good neighbor fence. My neighbor had worked with this company in the past, so I figured he had this under control. I should have called for three estimates. We were grossly over-charged for this fence.

I spoke with the estimator this morning and he assured me that I had gotten a fair price for this fence. After a couple of searches on Google, I can see that we should have paid a lot less for this fence. $3360.00 for 65 feet and a couple of gates (divided by two--my neighbor paid half) is not the going price for vinyl fencing

I called this company for an estimate and they were very professional. Came out within a few days and sent me the estimate soon after. The price was reasonable so I decided to go with them. I'm so glad I did. They did an excellent job installing a wood fence in my yard and I couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely recommend Orange County Fence for any fencing projects you might have.

We were very impressed with this company from the start. Sal came out to give us a quote on a vinyl fence for our back yard. He was extremely informative and answered all my questions, he also spoke to my neighbors on what they can expect. He didn't ask for a penny before they started. We set up a date and they confirmed the week before. Sergio and his crew worked for four days in 100 degree temps. They were at my house on time at 8:00 am and didn't stop until 6:30-7:00. I couldn't have been more impressed with how hard these guys worked. I would refer this company to anyone!

Called to get a quote on a gate. I was told they don't do small jobs less than $1000. I should call a handyman. I don't know I called them because a few years ago my neighbor used them to replace a fence between our house. Damage was done to my electrical panel and they did not accept responsibility. They said a tree limb fall on it. Trees were removed weeks before and there was not damage to the electrical panel at that time.

If i could leave less than a star i would. Scheduled an estimate at my home two weeks in advance and my appointment time was 8-10, with a 30 min grace period. No call and no email. it was now 10:45 and i still here nothing. I called the company and they don't even know where this "Sal" is. They informed that they would call me back. I got no call, i called back and they still have no idea and would like to reschedule. NO THANKS. horrible customer service. SOCAL FENCE was super nice and i will probably go with them.
