This was a small deck we restored. Upon first impression, many decks look like they have severly deteriorated and will need replacment. This deck was more structurally sound than it looked. The owner saved a lot of money by restoring rather than rebuilding. The overall project took 2 days. The customer is extremely happy with the results.

Had a great experience with Shawn and Masters Construction! Had structural issues that needed to be addressed in a house we just purchased- full 7 feet of sill/rim joist replacement and 4 piers that were missing from the crawlspace as well as replacing some subfloor and resetting an exterior door.
