I have been a loyal customer for about 15 years, and the Sky Frog Team has always done an outstanding job for me.
They are not the least expensive tree service out there, and they might even be the highest bid, but the peace of mind that comes from knowing that they your tree guys have the expertise and experience and necessary insurance to do the job perfectly is well worth the difference.

I really hate to write this review. Approx. 5 weeks ago I contacted sky frog to come out and work up an estimate for tree work. They sent out John about a week later. John was running early and i changed my schedule to meet him. He was courteous and professional. He told me he would write up the estimate and email. Two weeks later i had not heard from them. I called and was told it should be soon,this was unusual..Believe I know there is a labor shortage and a pandemic.. I verified my email and thanked them. One week later I called again to inquire and was told this has my attention by the woman

My 80 year old dad has there service( or lack of). He walks the property and piles brush to haul away. They literally ride there mowers right by it. Asked them numerous times to just blow his sitting area which is mostly all they have to do at property at times. If they come over and do anything. No way this is a 5 star company.

Robin the certified Arborist quoted the job and indicated what was to be cut and where. The crew arrived and was unable to follow the written instruction and were ready to quit with just a partial trimming. I indicated what was agreed upon and the job was done to more than my satisfaction. The entire crew was respectful and performed a great job!

Skyfrog tree service was a fantastic arborist to work with. On moving to our new home we needed dead limbs over the house removed as well as three trees in the back. They came immediately and responded with a very fair estimate. While it took awhile to get scheduled (a testament to how popular they are) once they arrived they did fantastic work.
There was a misunderstanding about one tree in particular and rather than argue, schedule a time to come back, or charge extra, the team immediately repositioned there equipment and took care of the limbs in question no problem. It was so refreshing to

Owner is a man of his word. Next door neighbor had some tree work done. The workers drove across my yard and left deep ruts in my yard. I called and complained to the owner. He apologized. He gave me a time when he would be there to repair the damage. He was there as he said he would be. He did a great job repairing my yard. That's not common these days. Good man. Good business. Thank you.

Skyfrog Tree Service provides a very complete customer care service for tree removal. Their prices are the best in town, their service personnel are very professional and the work itself is outstanding. After finishing they cleaned and raked the yard to give it a polished finish. Melissa in the home office stays in contact with the customer throughout the entire process and answers all questions quickly. I cannot be more impressed with Skyfrog Tree Service.

What a fantastic group to work with! Fast, efficient, and so nice! From booking the estimate to setting the appointment to the clean up , these guys went above and beyond. They had to reschedule me due to a tree emergancy but they did it so quickly and with sincere apology. And the crew that came out was incredibly respectful of property and even volunteered clean up a tree that was downed prior to them coming just to be nice!! Can't say enough good things about these guys! Will absolutely use them for future tree needs!
