It's impossible to give an accurate quote without measuring the house and its treatable linear feet. Pricing ranges from $525 to $1500 depending on the termiticide used, size/structure of the property and location. Usually we can quote a price over the phone if you know the square footage and the style of your house.

We used Larry to fix our gutters, a well housing, and to remove an extremely large Hornets nest off of our new property. These were items the bank needed to be completed before we were able to close on the house. Larry went above and beyond to get these things done for us. OK, let's talk about these guys for just a second. Bought a new house and they came out to do the inspection. Didn't find any active infestations thank goodness. I sent payment. Closed on the house, moved in. All was right with the world. Yesterday, I get a piece of mail from them and I'm thinking, GREAT, here's where a company tries to cold call me into some contract 'cuz I just bought a new house. I open the letter and what do I find? A nice letter explaining that my closing attorney also paid them out of closing costs (I should've paid closer attention but didn't) and a reimbursement check for

Im currently in VA looking to purchase a home in NC.(we are a military family) I called Eco advantage on a Thursday and they were able to fit me in on the coming Monday between 9-11. Inspector came out (late)went into crawlspace and upon exiting went on to tell me he's a contractor on the side and for $100 more he could go in and remove insulation to look for further damage. The home was currently occupied and the inspector was unable to look at the water heater and the garage. He also claimed he couldn't move pine needles away from the base exterior of the house because he would be there too long
