The typical lead time for residential installation is 7 to 10 days. However, under special circumstances or if there are gaps in our schedule, we will be able to begin your job sooner. I can't say enough good things about Empire Fence! From start to finish, John kept me informed on the entire process and progress. This company truly stands by their word when it comes to ensuring the customers satisfaction!! I threw them so many curve balls and they continued to work to exceed my expectations. They installed a custom solar vinyl double gate that was 16 feet wide and this was the first one of this size that they have done. Moved to a new home, which had a swimming pool. Having 6 grandchildren, my #1 priority was making that area safe.

I needed to add a gate to our pool deck. The initial visit to the Empire office with Craig was incredibly helpful. He made suggestions regarding the project, followed up quickly with a reasonable quote and shortly thereafter, called to schedule installation. The install team of two, was best in class. Arrived on time, were professional, thorough and ultimately installed a gate that looks better than I had even hoped for! I absolutely recommend the Empire Fence Company Team.

We could not be happier with our handrail! Not only is it sturdy and functional, but beautiful. Our salesman at Empire was Carlos, who was so friendly and knowledgeable. Ruben was the one who installed the railing and I was so impressed with his professionalism. I would definitely use them again if needed.

We needed a fence along a property line that was to be cedar privacy fence with metal posts first and then switching over to ranch style fencing with barbed wire across the top at the back end of the lot. Not only was there this odd, switch up of styles but the fence had to go over hilly terrain with a sharp uphill rise at one point.
John came out first to walk the area and take some measurements. we also provided him with a survey so he could double check the length of the fence run. Empire Fence gave us a very detailed quote first of all which squared away with what our own research had come

I spent a long time researching for my fence project and I'm very pleased to say that I made the best choice by going with John on this project. John went above and beyond my expectations to make sure that I was satisfied with everything throughout the entire process.
He was patient as I worked to engage my neighbors and was never irritated through waves and waves of revisions. He honestly put up with a lot more trouble with these logistics than what should be realistically expected and he did so with a smile on his face. If I could partner with him on other projects I'd do it

Great experience with Empire Fence! Scott came out right away to give us a bid. He provided a thorough written estimate and drawings to satisfy our HOA. The work was started right away and was completed efficiently, despite some bad weather. Ruben and the guys did a great job, and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. They even put in some extra pickets to make sure our small dogs could not get under the metal railing in an area where our yard slopes. Definitely recommend!

I wanted to write a less than 5-star review. I really wanted to. I wanted to say something snarky like "just better than hiring a guy and a truck." But that wouldn't be true.
First, the project manager worked hard to get our job. We had very specific fencing needs because of the pool and the material we wanted. Craig found the material that fit the requirements. 4 stars just isn't enough for Empire Fence. John was very helpful with the scheduling and assuring that my requests were followed through. Chano and Antonio worked nonstop and did an awesome job on the install. Chano took the liberty of getting my approval before proceeding with certain steps of the install. Very professional and efficient. I've received lots of compliments on their work.

No bid after a month of waiting despite repeated promises to do so. I had two jobs, one a residential and the other a considerably larger one for some condos. I spent a couple hours showing the two projects to the company manager and was promised a bid within about three days. After three more attempts to solicit the bid and three promises it would be forthcoming....nothing. A waste of time and a good indication of quality of work to follow.

We had our new construction home fence extended about 42 feet. John, the salesman was good in understanding our needs and the HOA rules. Chano and Ramon actually did the work and did a good job as well. My only issue is that there is a small gap between the fence and ground due to the slope of a small part of the yard. I probably should have requested they use 7' pickets and trim those on the slope down to 6 ft. But I used some rock and dirt to backfill and it looks pretty good.

We are remodeling our house and have dealt with numerous contractors, most of which have given us severe headaches. The only company I would give a five star rating throughout this whole ordeal to is Empire Fence. The salesman was quick to respond to my needs and sent a professional crew to install our fence. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work that was done and how the new fence has added such beautiful curb appeal! Thanks to this company for one less thing to worry about!

My experience with Empire Fence was awesome! The three people that are the reason for the five star review is Jason, our sales person: I immediately liked him and felt the genuine heart of a good person wanting to offer a service at a excellent price. Rudy & Saul were the people that made Jason's promises come true. I cannot say enough good things about both of them. Hard workers, arrived early every day, cared about how the job looked. All three were awesome in customer care! I highly recommend Empire Fence!

My dealings with Empire have been solely through Craig. He has done a good job on answering questions, returning my calls, etc. When the wrought iron fence and 16ft gate installation started, there was a few issues with the workers. I understand things happen, and we can't control everything. After some delay, Craig sent over his "go to" installer named Rudy to fix some problems and to complete the job. After suffering through an awful experience with a neighbor, and a shared fence that was replaced by a different company, we were very nervous that all fence companies were horrible. We were wrong! Empire was amazing! Jason, and his crew were professional and courteous from start to finish. Our fence looks beautiful. No joke, we have neighbors who come and tell us how beautiful it is. We had a great experience using Empire Fence. Craig is a super nice, down to earth guy who stands by his work. They worked quickly, efficiently, and took great care as to not mess up our newly installed landscaping.
His crew installed a horizontal fence with a steel framed automatic gate for us. Everything looks great, works great, and is nice and sturdy. The gate operator is the best part- I can control it with my mobile phone anywhere in the world (it requires an optional internet gateway but it's 100% worth it).
I've recently noticed two pickets have warped due to the (past) rain

From reading the other reviews, these guys may do great work, but that's if you can get them to call you back. I called asking about having an automatic gate opener installed on my driveway gate. The rep took my information down and said a salesperson would get back to me shortly. Two days went by without a response. Rather than just moving on, I decided to call back. Craig showed up on time to assess our fencing needs and promptly gave us bids on the options we discussed. Once we gave him the green-light - we had a new black, iron fence in just two days!! The workmen were very through and did a fantastic job (including clean-up). I would highly recommend Empire Fence Co.!
