Had schedule for pick-up and company never showed. Our house was getting rented the next week and we were moving to a different state. My spouse and I are dual military members with a specific report date non negotiable. We called and left voicemails and no response. If your military or just moving on strict time allowance just stay away from this company!! The pro in pro-movers stands for pro-unreliable. Stay away!!!!

Originally I had found this company with five star reviews and shows them to move us out of state with a months notice. Here is the day of our move and they are four hours late. They never called us or ever showed up. Between three working phones we each called them 30x each. NOT ONE TIME DID THEY ANSWER.

Critical: Punctuality
Like many reviewers previously mentioned they never showed up. I scheduled about 3 weeks out and literally 4 days before my appointment I called to confirm the time and date. My husband and I had to find other movers at the last minute. Please don’t waste your time and find another company.

My wife and I chose to call this company from Google Search and decided to give them a call because of the 5 Star rating. During our phone call with Mr. Dylan Davis on July 26, 2020 we explained our needs of having our household goods picked up and delivered out of state. My wife asked "Does anyone need to come to our home to assess the amount of household goods to be shipped". Mr. Dylan Davis stated "there is no need". He proceeded to ask my wife how many bedrooms we had and the type of goods to be shipped. We asked about insurance for damage properties, if any damage and if there were documents

Purchased a couch from a furniture store who could not deliver it for 10 days. Called Pro Movers, they gave me a good price and were able to deliver my couch next day. The team that arrived was nice and professional. They quickly brought the couch in, once I confirmed delivery was complete, they emailed me my invoice and I paid it online. Was very happy they were able to get me my new couch on such short notice. Would recommend them highly.
