My wife and I purchased a home built in the ‘70s that was in good condition but in desperate need of a complete remodel. We had a clean, modern style in mind for our growing family and needed an architect to help us turn it into an actual design. That’s where YNG Architects came into play. We selected Yenny Ng and his team for design after interviewing several other firms because during the walk-through (a) he quickly played off and expanded upon our ideas, (b) provided pragmatic insight into the implications to build and construction, and most importantly, (c) had a gentle but confident manner

Mr. Ng was referred to me by Home Advisor, an internet referral service, for architectural service for my home addition and remodeling. I have a small ranch house and wanted to expand the living room and kitchen to the back yard and add a second story on top of it. I had two other estimates and one from a designer that was for 4000 but he could not start the job for another month and said he was not sure how long the building dept was going to take to approve.
