Martin Construction & Concepts is a general contracting business founded by Nacogdoches native, Stephen Martin, as an undergraduate at Stephen F. Austin State University. In 2005, he completed his first custom home and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Interior Design from the College of Human Sciences.

We specialize in custom construction and remodeling both in residential and commercial projects for Nacogdoches and all of East Texas. Check out our work in person at our rental properties in Nacogdoches, Texas & Crystal Beach, Texas. Both properties can be rented on AirBnB.

Did a downstairs remodel on our 45-year old two story home. I wasn't sure about opening up certain walls because of structural issues and questioned how to get rid of the furr down for the A/C and still get air in all the rooms. He was able to get both of those complicated issues resolved and make the first floor look like a new, updated home. He listened to what we wanted and got it done. He did walkthroughs and noted areas that needed to be fixed or improved and got them done, as well. When it comes time to update the second floor, I will be giving Martin Construction a call.

Real bad on returning the calls to get a quote for a full house project. I send a email, phone call and all I got ( is yes I will give you a call back ) and never got it.

Martin Construction did the build out or our new business, Signarama, in Nacogdoches. Their work exceeded our expectations. Stephen was professional and friendly. Kept us posted on the progress. When the job was completed our office space was move in ready. Highly recommend.
