Located in Corvallis, Oregon, Proline Construction & Remodel, LLC has been in business since 2011. Brandon Gianotti started the company after four years at Oregon State University and four years working for another contractor renovating homes. His experience goes back to his earlier days of working in the stone and granite business as well as metal fabrication.
As a licensed general contractor we can provide a host of services to help you with changes, additions, modifications, and upgrades to your rental or personal living unit. Together, with our own employees, we have developed a close network of sub-contractors that can provide licensed services in the area of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

We hired Proline Construction to remodel our kitchen. Our kitchen is very small and was going to be difficult for anyone to make it look like it had more room than before. We needed more counter space and more storage. Proline came up with a perfect plan and executed that plan in record time. Everything is just perfect and so beautiful. I would never consider anyone other than the professional people at Proline Construction. We are very happy with the job they did.

Being a DIY person makes me nervous letting anyone do any remodeling for me.

We hired them to do a complete remodel, and let me tell you about the BS we had to deal with.... NONE! They were on time promt and professional. They took care of my special request even though it was not in the original plans. I had to park out on the street (my choice) and the owner brandon took time from what he was doing and help me carry in my groceries. He treats people how people want to be treated And does the best work in the state. 100% recommend proline!

I’ve used Pro-Line for several jobs, from a complete home remodel to the exterior paint and wonderful granite counter tops for family members. I won’t go anywhere else. Proline construction has the knowledge and professionalism that other companies strive for. The custom work they do can’t be beat!

Proline construction delivered bark dust to my house with their dump trailer. Brandon was incredibly professional, punctual, and very reasonable in price. This is a local business who provides good paying jobs for many people in the Corvallis area. I will be using Proline construction for more house projects and fully recommend them for anyone in the southern Polk/northern Benton county area.
