Scam alert!! If I could give negative stars I would. You will be better off going anywhere else!!!!! They moved my belongings on Friday 8/30/19 from Ponte Vedra, fl to boca Raton, held my possessions hostage until I gave them cash and sign a sheet. I called the lying sales person who I had worked with prior to move (Mark). He said my things wouldn’t be released until all cash was given. They charged me for 3 hours of labor $120 hour but did about 1.5 (I’m being generous here). Because they had the cash, they scammed me brought up a few things and then threw the majority of my things on the

This company does not deserve respect as they disrespects their customers.
They do not respect agreed terms.
They did not arrived on time (9:00am - 12:00). They arrived 3:00pm
It was agreed flat rate price, but they charged me $ 450 over than agreed amount.
They said they were going to deliver my moving same day, but they delivered it next day. My family had to sleep on the floor because we had not beds and mattresses.
This company not deserves any star.

If I didn't have to rate this company I wouldn't. This isn't even deserving of a 1. I went with this moving company which was a little more than some of the others because I thought they were being honest and helpful. Once the received my 600.00 nonrefundable deposit everything changed. They told me this was a busy time of year to move, but when looking at their schedule they were sure they could get it done in the time promised. Once they got to the site I was to be told the final price....I wasn't until truck was loaded and then it was more than doubled. Calls were not being answered

This company is a Classic Moving Fraud. They have other alias "Sprint moving", "Sam", "Mark" these are part of same Scam. They will give low ball estimate to get your business then charge you everything they can to get as much money out of you as possible. They will hold your belongings hostage until you pay them more. These people WILL rob you if you work with them. Stay AWAY!!

Sam Pierce so called Operations Manager at Rodeway Relocation, LLC is an dishonest thief. He has no clue about the business and gives you initially a good quote which he miscalculates the size of the truck , to later on try to add on substantial cost. He called me a day before the scheduled move to tell me that the truck is having mechanical issues and he need to rent another truck... adding on $500 for that... pressing me into a impossible situation... then at the moving day the 2nd. guy didn't show up and Sam the thief wasn

They knew their stuff. They came in, packed everything really well. It was a big move and they got it done in 1 day. They were fast but careful. My cousin recommended them and I am really happy she did. Will definitely recommend to anyone moving in Florida. Call these guys. Sam & Mark told me what I needed to do to save money and it worked. Rodeway Relocation is a complete FRAUD. If I could rate them negative, I would. Rodeway Relocation is a complete criminal organization. They were late to arrive, attempted to charge me more upon pick up, were unresponsive day of delivery. A woman from a completely different number called 4 days after delivery date and asked for more money. They were expected to deliver my goods on 8/15/2019. I have called, emailed, and sent signature required USPS. USPS could not deliver because no business exist. Everything about them is fraudulent. They do not have authority from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety

I worked with these guys to relocate what was basically my entire life to Florida. I had a decent amount of furniture, not a ton, but most of it was my mother's, so beautiful or not, it is still sentimental. I had heard so many horror stories of moving, I really wanted to do it myself, but not 1500 miles!! Turns out they did it not only for less than U-haul, but I literally didn't have to worry about a thing!! Thank you for your professionalism and personal attention to my move!

I hired Rodeway Relocation in June of 2019. I signed a contract, they took my deposit & money upon pickup, and then stopped all contact with me. I emailed them constantly, requesting an update on delivery. I left many voicemails, which went unanswered. If I did manage to get a hold of the owner of Rodeway who goes by the name of Sam Suleiman, by using a phone number with a different area code; I would get hung up on.
In August of 2019, after months of unanswered emails and calls, I get an email from Sam stating that Rodeway Relocation is no longer qualified to do interstate moves. In the email
