I have worked hard to build up relationships and loyalty with suppliers and subs. With nearly 2 decades of experience. I can tell you that building is all about relationships. After over 2 years of the most stressful experience of our lives and no end in sight, we fired Salcedo Homes, LLC. We hired a new builder that has to fix everything Salcedo Homes did incorrectly or very poorly. The new builder thought it was going to take 6 weeks to finish, but the multitude of major issues found has added months to that timeline. Every single trade needs to come out and redo much of the work Salcedo had done. There were huge issues like no attic insulation, no HVAC in our media room or attic access whatsoever, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, lighting, etc. The list is very long
