Company did service work on our furnace but now the A/C does not work. Nor did they follow Covid protocols and did not wear face masks. Hopefully AC gets fixed soon - but this is not professional - you should make sure all equipment works before leaving.

We called to have our AC repaired and the gentlemen was out to service it within a couple hours. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and the repair was done quickly. Our AC has been working great and we are very appreciative. Great company!

Our hot water heater suddenly went out! I called Indoor Climate Solutions and within 48 hours I had a brand new hybrid electric super efficient incredible water heater! Excellent company. Great prices, good customer service. The gentlemen that install it were excellent. We did have a problem with our thermostat (which isnt their fault) go wrong about a year after install. But they came out and fixed it the very next day after my call. We will use this company again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Top notch company- highly recommend them for your heating/cooling needs. They have helped me with maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner; as well as help me with an urgent repair. They are honest & ethical, quick to give you practical advice to save you unnecessary replacement costs. I value their expertise in energy credits and installing proper units specific for size and needs.

Indoor Climate Solutions staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Every time we've had them out it has been a good experience. They don't do unnecessary work or recommend solutions that are only good for them. When was the last time you heard of a company that actually calculates the heating load you need when replacing a furnace in an older home? Most just say this is the size you have so we're replacing with the same.
