Excellent response time for water heater install when needed in a pinch and willing to work with our situation. I was able to source out my own water heater which was bigger than what they have on hand and they arrived promptly the same day to install the unit with no issues. Very professional and provided high quality services. Have used them before and will use them again.

Joey and Mainline Plumbing were sent to do a repair that the previous plumber sent by the home warranty company was not knowledgeable enough to repair. Joey was on time and very efficient having the correct parts, the experience to do the job, replacing the water heater thermocouple, in a short time, restoring my clients hotwater they hadn't had for several days. I always appreciate competent contractors who perform well for my Clients!

HIGHLY recommend. I didn't tell them this, but someone quoted me $1,700 before mainline came to my house and they wanted to dig up my whole front yard. Mainline came in and fixed my plumbing better than it was working before the initial problem and for a third of the price. They were professional and honest!!! They are not out to take advantage at all!!! They have a forever client now. Thank you so much!!!!

This company is garbage....very unprofessional very disrespectful to comstumers and foulmouthed.....were going on 3yrs now with issues from the work they have done....busted gas lines to giant sink wholes chunked up all the gravel in our driveway broke tons of stepping stones and cared less to fix remove or replace any of these things and to top it off to sit and say we are liars until we put pictures in his face.....i wouldnt recomend this company to anyone ever....save your money and find a real plumbing company
