Jacob has been employed with A.S.A.P. since January of 2005. Jacob is the General Manager here at A.S.A.P. and oversees the daily operations of both the crews and the facility. Allen has been with A.S.A.P since 2016. Although only here a few years, Allen comes to A.S.A.P. with 30 plus years of experience in the garage door industry.
Tristen has been with A.S.A.P. since 2018 and is one of the new construction installers here. Tim has been with A.S.A.P. since 2018 but has been in the garage door industry for 25+ years. Ricky started with A.S.A.P. in late 2018. Ricky splits his time between the warehouse and field work getting the knowledge he needs to become a seasoned garage door installer.

Very reliable and very friendly. I've used them for 15 years. Tim was my repair man and he was the same guy that came out 10 years ago. Price was very fair for the amount of repair to the overhead springs that recently cracked at my home in East Dundee. Called the main office this morning around 10 and they scheduled me the same day between 11 and 3. I asked if they would call me before they sent service so I could run home from work. Finally, a contractor who is friendly, doesn't overcharge and follows through promptly.

The technician, Tom was able to arrive early and was very professional and friendly during the service. He was able to fix our issue quickly. He also made an additional suggestion for better balance of the garage door and all of this was done for just the flat rate. Will call this company in the future for any such needs.

Rip-off with no ethics. Got a quote for a new garage door. The quote (per the verbiage in the agreement) was supposed to be good for 30 days. Called them a couple of weeks after (well within the quote duration) only to have them not honor the quote and try to charge an extra 20% due to “price increase” when I stated I had a written and signed quote that states it is good for 30 days they responded they can cancel quote any time. Unethical! No thank you- the company won’t even honor a signed quote how would you trust them to back a warranty or product. I will take my business elsewhere instead

I originally called another company. The tech came out and wanted to sell me a new door, tracks and rollers for $1865. Then I called ASAP. The technician agreed with me that I didn't need a new door, and replaced the springs and lubed the rollers. The door works like new, quiet and smooth. Cost about 1/8 of what the other guy quoted. I will never call anybody but ASAP again.

My tall door on my pole barn had a sprocket issue where the door chain would just spin. Called ASAP and they had a tech come out next morning. Found the issue right away and completed the repair. Adjusted, lubed and tested the operation of the door.
