Our lawn maintenance service includes professionally mowing your turf and trimming around obstacles the mower cannot reach. Obstacles such as trees, edging of your sidewalks and driveway. When the mowing and trimming have been complete, we will remove the loose grass clippings. Clippings that found their way into the street, landscaping or onto the driveway, patio and sidewalks will all be blown back into the turf.
We are set up to invoice you for service they day before your regularly scheduled service. An email comes right to you that allows you the convenience to pay online by debit or credit and also serves as a reminder that we are coming.

What should I do before my service day to make sure my lawn is accessible to our lawn care team?. We ask that the yard be clear of debris, litter, toys, Pet waste and/or anything that could obstruct a lawn mower or prevent the lawn crew from being able mow freely over the grass. Also, make sure your gates are accessible if normally locked.
As most of you know, Matt and I are local small business owners, operating out of Princeton, TX. We absolutely adore building relationships with those in our community and without our clients, we wouldn't be able to do what we love to do, so THANK YOU! The biggest compliment for us, is when you refer us to someone you know.
Reserves the right to charge a card on-file if the user has selected the (user controlled) online check box to do so. TRULAWN HD LLC reserves the right to apply a late fee of $5 or 1%, whichever is greater, for every 10 calendar days a payment is late. If collection efforts are required to collect any unpaid service fees, all expenses incurred will be applied to the deliquent account for reimbursement.

Reached out on two separate occasions in the last month about new service in the Princeton area. Both times, it was 3 to 5 days before I got a response. Understaffed and can't take on anymore work. Asked if I wanted to be on a waiting list after poor and unprofessional response times. No thanks.

I am constantly impressed with Nikki and Matt's ethics and level of service! When I needed quality work for big project and my budget was limited - their quote was less than EVERY competitor, they finished the job quickly (despite rain & holidays) and my side yard is beautiful!!!
They also put forth tremendous effort to assist their community, and are there to give guidance to anyone that reaches out to them. Princeton is fortunate to have TruLawn operated by them, and I highly recommend them for all of your lawncare needs.

I’ve used these people since I moved to Princeton. They do a good job mowing my lawn every other week, but what really impressed me was their weed and feed program. I’ve attached pictures to show what my lawn looks like compared to my neighbor’s and I think the photos speak for themselves. My yard used to look as bad as theirs did. It’s definitely worth the $40 a month for results like this.

My wife and I hired Matt from TruLawn to build a stylish flower bed, and we couldn't be any happier with the results. Matt and Nikki were incredibly communicative, and he did a bang up job when creating the flower bed in just a single day. Matt also installed some large boulders at the edge of my lawn the following day. His rates were very competitive with other contractors, and the final product is definitely something I can show off to my friends and family!
