They refloored our bathroom about a year ago and recently we had some tiles come up- (pier and beam house... *shrug* ) We called to see if we could possibly buy some of the grout they used; in order to ensure the color matched.
BUT- Lauren (the owner) instead went above and beyond! Not only did she send some guys over to address it pretty much immediately, she came over as well! We did not expect that at all but greatly appreciated it.
These folks are friendly; a pleasure to deal with and even better- you can trust this company to stand behind their work!

Mr. Hughes and his staff have helped me purchase carpet remnants a couple of times in the past. I was spending a very small amount each time, but I was treated as the most important customer they have every time. They will absolutely be my choice flooring store when the time comes for larger projects.
