During 100° temperature, my AC fan went out. I called Larson AC And a nice man named Travis answered the phone. I told him my situation and that the house was overheating, so he responded to my house within one hour and fixed the issue. Complete professionalism at its best. Thank you Travis! Well worth the cost of repair to have a cool house.!

It’s 115 degrees and A/C goes out. We called Larson Air, and able to get an appointment the same day. Manny and Cody came during time frame given. They were professional, courteous, quickly assessed the problem, offered solutions and pricing to fix and provided updates during the repair! We will definitely use them again in the future!

I came across this company due to searching for HVAC service in the northwest part of Las Vegas. The reviews were great and their location was very close to me so I decided to give the company a try and I am very grateful that I did. This by far is the most dishonest, over priced and most unprofessional HVAC company I've ever called. First off, they wanted nearly over $500 for a simple capacitor and service call. Then they tried to tell me I may also need a new fan motor, bringing the price to almost $1000. Come to find out the capacitor is only a $30 part and takes 5 minutes. Then I get to talking to the technician and I asked him about what was advertised on their website. This company claims to hire only NATE certified technicians, but the tech I spoke to said he wasn't NATE certified and was just recently out

I needed a quick second estimate/quote on how much it would cost to replace my AC since it wasn't cooling. Larson listed their service call at $25, so I had them come out the following morning to look. The tech was nice. Unfortunately at the end of it, they did not mention anywhere that the $25 would multiply into $50. I told them the original intent was just to estimate what it would cost to replace my AC since it was not cooling. Our unit froze up, had a tech come out to check it out and he told us it was completely out of freon and that we had a major leak. He charged us $1000 for a condenser and to tell us we needed a new unit, but when he left, nothing was fixed, so why the huge price tag??? Called another company today and they came out and told us that the control board is bad, they put in a jumper to get the system to work for the time being, but he said that there was no leak in the system to be found, and it was full of freon. Bunch of rip of artists. Made us pay a 129 diagnostic fee and gave us a bs diagnostic in order to sell us a new unit. They said motor was blown etc and wanted us to pay nearly 5k for a new unit. Called Larson because my A/C began blowing warm air. Service tech Michael checked the outside fan and after conducting a diagnostic check told me that I needed a new fan and an "electrical run device". He said that the repairs would be $800. I asked him why the repairs were so much when the fan could be purchased for $70 and the electrical run device was a $15 part. He shrugged his shoulders and said that was the labor charge. When I told him I would get a 2nd estimate he said the service charge was $89. He then gave me an invoice which said the total cost of repairs that I declined were

Sadly, Larson has failed me yet again. Two times and you're out. I schedule with them 2 weeks early for a service, and took 1/2 day off of work so I could be here. Nobody showed up, no calls, no nothing. Then, then next day they just show up with no apology or explanation. Needless to say, they didn't get my business. Just go elsewhere.

Warning! Don't trust Larson Air. They will rip you off! I paid $471.00 for a $10.00 part that took a few minutes to install. Unscrupulous, they take advantage, particularly over women not versed in electronics and/or air conditioning systems. We asked for a partial refund and were told to write a letter stating we would not sue him, he would return $75.00!!!

Honestly, Larson Air is great!! I had called them on a late Friday afternoon and had my air conditioning unit fixed by 6PM! The guys came out looked at the unit and fixed it immediately. The prices were good and the service was outstanding. I also must say Travis was very pleasant to deal with on the phone when I inquired about services. A/C is blowing cold again and I couldn't be happier! Yes, believe it or not, middle of October and it's still 90 degrees outside in Las Vegas!!

Travis did get my air working again. It took him ten minutes to change the capacitor. He tried to charge me $479, a job other companies do for a quarter of his price. My Dad brought me a check and almost had another heart attack yelling at Travis. I have Lupus. I medically can not handle the heat. Travis did agree to a price of $130. While I appreciate him doing the right thing in the end, I don't appreciate him trying to take advantage of me because I'm chronically ill and need my air conditioner to work.

I would not recommend using this company. They scheduled me for a 6 to 8 o'clock appointment and never told me there would be an after hour fee for these times, so I was charged three times as much as I would've been charged if I used an earlier time. Furthermore, the advice they gave me wasn't correct. So I called them and left a message, and never received a return call.

Called Larson on a Friday because our regular vendor wasn't available. They had a tech out on Saturday. The quote was over $1400. Said the whole unit needed re-wired. I've never heard of this so I said I would have to get a second opinion. Called AMI out Monday and the repair was $149. That was a few months ago and the AC is still going strong. Shame on Larson.

I had an emergency in the middle of 115 degree temperatures, with two kids, four cats, & two dogs where my air conditioning went completely out. Larson Air immediately came out and fixed the problem. I recently had them out to perform a pre-summer maintenance check on my units. The repair man told me one unit was dead and the other one was on it's way out. I could repair the dead one for $4000 or replace it for $7000. He said he disconnected the dead unit to spare my power bill because it would run constantly and only blow out hot. I sat on it for a bit and called another company who came over yesterday. He connected the unit and it works perfectly. Blows nice and cold.
I doubt my A/C unit repaired itself so I can only assume Larson Air was trying to rip me off. Dirty pool guys.

My review of this place is in line with most of the others. The work they do is ok and the technicians seem knowledgeable, however they are WAY overpriced. I've used these guys several times and have always been left disappointed. Overall:
- Price: unreasonably overpriced
- Customer Service: lacking
- Quality of work: average
- Speed of service/response time: average for normal appointments. 24-hour emergency service available, but...expensive.
I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.
