The team showed up right on schedule and went right to work. Their care for my things and their attention to detail was exceptional. I’ve made several moves in my lifetime and UMS was undoubtedly one of the best and I definitely recommend UMS.

On 10/20/2020, Will and Brandon did an amazing job of packing my storage cubes with items from my home. Will and Brandon were fast, efficient, friendly and displayed great skill in utilizing every inch of space. I would highly recommend these guys for any moving and packing needs. I sincerely hope to utilize these service again in the future. THANK YOU!!

I don't do reviews much but these guys are awesome and well worth it! We have used them a 3 times in the last few years to help us move my Mom out of West Texas and into our new home. Everytime we have moved with them, the cost has been less than the quote and two of the times they gave us extra help at no additional cost and one of the times they even gave a discount.
We have a ton of stuff and much of the furniture is really heavy. Some of which needed to go up stairs using a narrow stairway. They did a excellent job with it.
I'd never use anyone else for moving. Joey and Austin are the ultimate

Many thanks to UMS for getting our piano moved with great care and efficiency! They were really communicative about when they'd arrive at both the pickup and drop off locations. BY FAR, THE BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE YET !! Cynthia was so helpful in planning & scheduling the move and worked with me to accommodate my needs. And Chris, Josh and Isais were a great team. They arrived on time, were so polite and professional and, as hot as it was, they never slowed down. I had doubts about the size of the storage unit I'd rented, but Chris was a packing genius !! He packed it high and tight and even had a little room to spare, which saved me from renting another unit.
UMS Moving is your best bet for all your moving needs !!!

We hired UMS through the rental of a UPack trailer. We had a 28 foot trailer rented, and three guys came to load it. We talked to them about what would stay behind if not everything fit. Austin was a Tetris master. They filled every bit of the trailer, maximizing the space. They finished early, and everything was loaded. They worked hard, worked efficiently, and we're very upbeat. I wish I could pack then up and take them with us to unload the truck.

I would give them ZERO stars, but am forced to pick 1 star. I used UMS to load my 20' Trailer, which was to be transported by U-Pack from Plano, TX to Oregon. When my trailer arrived to my destination, we were HORRIFIED at the contents. It looked like a war zone, to say the very least. My possessions and home furnishings had no chance and I'm sure everything is damaged!! I only wish I could post photos for you to see the extensive damage.

UMS moved us this past week and it could not have gone better. The guys were professional, friendly and great communicators. The apartment complex we moved into made us sit around and wait to get keys but the UMS guys made the best of the time and were very patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for moving services. Moving is very stressful and takes a lot of preparation, but these guys made the day go incredibly smoothly. Thanks UMS!
