Gage is the man! He installed our new water filtration system, softener, and well pressure tank and stayed after hours to complete the job same day! We’ve had them unclog our sewer line a couple times as well. Delightful business, reasonably priced for Summit County and helped us out of more than one jam! Highly recommend All American Heating!

Furnace stopped working and Mark stepped in same day without question to come and assist. He was helpful and concise, and explained what he had done before making some suggestions (no pressure) for keeping things running smoothly moving forwards. All very helpful in enabling me to make informed decisions. Mark was fantastic and I highly recommend the service of All American Heating!

If you are looking for honesty, integrity, and reliability...look somewhere else. As a previous construction company owner for 40 years I understand the business. All American called to cancel a half hour after they were suppose to arrive. Rather than initially admitting that they were over scheduled they chose to make up a story about needing to reaccess the system even though I was crystal clear on what service I was requesting. This was particularly frustrating as I had to get up at 5:30 am to drive up from Denver to meet them at my Breckenridge home. They mark up on some materials as much

We used All American years ago for our furnace and water heater when Fairplay ran natural gas up to the house. Fast forward 5 years and Mark performed a regular tune-up on the furnace. He was prompt, called ahead, friendly and efficient. I haven't needed them for emergencies or parts but so far my experience has been great and I would call him again!

Went in to get a cartridge replacement for a faucet. Was told the replacement was $105.00. I mentioned this was about an 8 dollar part which I have gotten from then before. She was adamant about the 105.00. I went to true value (now ace hardware) down the street and got the cartridge for about 8 dollars. Went by to show american heating it is in fact around an 8 dollar part. They said they "use a different vendor" thus the price difference. I'll say. She still wanted over 100 dollars for a plastic faucet cartridge.

Warning!! Stay away from this company!!! I called John the owner and he said he was going to come out and give me a free bid for a whole house filtration system. I didnt hear from him for over 6 weeks so I went with someone else and then he decides to charge me for the visit. After I left a message for him to call me and talk about it like a man or I will just see him in court he decides to turn the bill over to collections. It is a bill he has absolutely no justification for and will not call and discuss and he turns it over to collections!! My credit is perfect and this was quite the surprise

Called All American Heating first, because their magnet was on my heater, provided my info and was told the "on call" tech would contact me within twenty minutes. Seventy-two hours later, the receptionist calls and asks if I still need a service call?
After an hour of waiting for All American, called Ben Franklin and they arrived same day for an emergency service fix.
All American magnet is in the trash.

Home owners beware All American Heating gauges their customers and the quality of work is horrible. When i converted from propane to natural gas they did the conversion wrong. My family and I suffered for an entire winter arriving to a cold home and our furnace kept shutting off for no reason. All American Heating kept telling us that the furnace was "fine". They speculated and made-up outrageous stories why it was shutting off but they couldn't fix it and kept billing us anyway.
