Staley's is a very great local business here in flushing. I have been dealing with flooding issues for a while now and Staley's was able to tell me exactly what is wrong, and is now currently getting my basement repaired and adding in a sump pump and new lines under the concrete.The first day of service went absolutely amazing and I have no doubts the rest will be done just as great. While this is the first time I've used them, I have had them come out before for quotes and reviews of other tthings in the home and they were wanting to make sure I knew what I was looking at, the best way to fix

I've called this place three times the first time I called I said I needed a rough in for a tub and I got chastised because apparently nobody knows what a rough in for a tub means. then when I made the appointment I called back to see what time they were coming out and they had no appointment listed for my name and then wanted to make another appointment even though I've already been waiting since the 20th and 2 weeks before that. I don't understand why this company has a 4.9 even though they were completely rude and unprofessional for sure.

Our tenants at our rental property told us they were having issues with the Nest thermostat. When I called Staley’s, the women answering the phone was super helpful & gave me some suggestions on calling Nest customer service to try and save me a service call. Inevitably had to have service come out due to a burned out wire. They came after hours for a surprisingly reasonable rate and the technician (Dan I believe) was super friendly and efficient in fixing the problem! All the week of Christmas!

Kevin showed up on time & prepared to work. I had 2 toilets replaced with newer style and he was very efficient & friendly. I needed a couple of unexpected parts and he fully explained before installing. I would definitely hire them/Kevin again.

Everything about my experience with Stanley’s was great. They came out right away and gave me a quote. They beat three other competitors on prices (by a significant amount). They worked with me to get a technician out as quickly as possible. The technician was professional and worked over to get our system in by the weekend. The install all looks very neat and professional. Highly recommend.
