We have used Alpharetta Exterminating for 4 years for our home. Jackie came out today and did our winter appointment and sprayed inside and out. Even while he was here, we had a bug come out from hiding (so this stuff works!). Whenever Mike or Jackie come out, they always are super nice, friendly, and make sure we are taken care of. They always go the extra mile to check for wasps and yellow jackets (summer and fall) and make sure they spray the entire yard for ants in the spring. We love the fact they are a family-owned and operated business and they do a fantastic job. We will continue to use

I had service with these folks for almost 15 years and was very disappointed at how our relationship ended. In 2010 i signed a 10 year termite contract with them. This last December (2014) i received a letter from them telling me that my 5 year contract was up and that i needed to have my home re-treated. I called them and told them that i had the 10 year contract right in front of me and asked them why they thought i should have to pay for re-treatment?
