I can't believe my last review was over 7 years ago!!
I continue to give anyone who is looking for an honest, professional, and reliable A/C company these guys name BECAUSE-
I've only had to have them come out once more for the unit that everyone else said was a lost cause.
And 7 years later it's STILL WORKING!!!
It's still an old unit, so it still costs me a lot in electricity during the summer (that's the unit's fault, not theirs), but when I'm ready to replace it- these are DEFINITELY the people I'll be going to!
These guys absolutely saved me!

Our condenser pan in our attic had a crack in it and had apparently been leaking for quite sometime, because we didn't realize it until the ceiling literally starting falling, this was in July. Innovative Air was called by the gentleman who came to look at the ceiling. Robert came out the next day and gave us an estimate but told us he would have to order the part. Two weeks pass and my husband calls him. Robert told my husband that he wasn't in the shop, but he would check on the part when he got back to the shop. I was without air for almost 4 days. My management company just recently put Innovative Air into their database. When the warranty company approved them to work on the rental I'm in, they called me within an hour of approval. They set up a service call for the next day (would have gone on 5 days with no air), but I got a call a little later that same day that said they would have someone to me in the next 3 hours. From my initial contact with Eric C, the experience with Innovative Air (IA) was seamless. I was referred to Eric and within a day, he called and asked how he could help. He promptly sent over the estimate for service with a followup (Wednesday) call to discuss each line item. In comparing his service cost to others with the same, his price was fair and competitive. IA does other work in the high-rise condo that I own so I sought out information with positive feedback from the Homeowners association, owners and residents in the building. Very happy with my experience with Innovative Air -
1) Customer Service - very helpful on the phone upon initial contact. They explained, clearly, what I should expect and were also very keen to my sense of urgency considering the summer heat in Vegas. They agreed to come out same day without any begging on my part.
2) Integrity - they showed up on time, and did everything I expected them to do. The technician completed his diagnosis quickly and was upfront about what he found and what the cost would be. I also have a home warranty that wanted to send me to a different company - who wouldn&apos

After Carl's was not able to accommodate a same day service call at one of my rental properties, the tenant suggested that I try Innovative Air. They were able to send a technician that afternoon. After a prompt diagnosis, the owner called to discuss the repairs. Estimate was reasonable, the owner offered me a discount since I own multiple properties and the repair was scheduled for the next day. Yes Air Conditioning was able to fix the simple problem with this unit as a short circuit in low voltage wire leading to the thermostat. Unfortunately the Innovative Air guys were so incompetent they didn't even know what to look for, they wasted their time replacing expensive transformers that were getting blown on the main unit due to a small low voltage short on the thermostat control. Even the technician at Innovative Air derided his manager Eric for incompetence and not understanding the basics of HVAC units.

Great Customer service.. Eric was very accommadating! Through miss communication with another company I actually had two techs from different companies show up at the same time. Spoke with Eric, him and his tech were actually humored by it. As oppose to the other company who was annoyed even though I gladly paid their high fee to just show up and leave without even looking to see what the problem was. Innovative Air got the job for their great service and even a discount was given for the whole situation. Also, this was during a heat wave and they were available unlike most places. Btw their fee

We had an extremely cold room and a hot room right next to each other at my work. The air definitely wasn't distributed evenly. We had repeatedly asked the guys who placed the units to check it out and they didn't even bother to come look or fix the issue. 4 years past and we just put up with it. Then I found Innovative Air. They put in a damper and that made the air more evenly distributed. It was a simple fix, and not too much money. Now we feel silly for having waited 4 years to deal with this issue.
