Had to get my key fob replace on my 2012 ram told them all I needed was the plastic fob that goes in the ignition and then of course labor and programming got the price was happy with it when I went to pick up my truck price quote was higher because they charged me $31 more dollars for a key blank because they cut a new key for my driver door

Brinson Chrysler Dodge gave me a Christmas miracle when I found myself in a difficult car conundrum!
God directed me to this dealership! My oil was way down, my ‘check engine’ light came up in short order& car started jerking as I drove on the highway back to Houston from near Dallas! I took the first exit from the high way knowing my car would breakdown if I kept going on the highway! I was desperate for help to fix my car & drive back safely home.
It was almost noon on December 24th & the dealership was busy. In spite of all they had going on, they saw my need& everybody rallied around

Words can not describe the level of customer service that Jessica Carpenter provides when it comes to getting my truck worked on. She is very helpful and more than willing to help me with my issues that I am experiencing. There has been no questions or run arounds with the warranty work that has been done to my truck. All of the repairs have been done in a timely manner and Jessica makes sure to keep me informed of the progress of my vehicle and when it will be ready to be picked up. If anyone needs any work done on their vehicle make sure to ask for Jessica she will get you taken care of !!!!

I felt the dealership was very fair in their pricing. One of the few dealerships not price gouging during the auto shortage and pandemic. Shawn was respectful and courteous without being pushy. While I was still shopping around he thanked me for the opportunity to earn my business. Because of his professionalism I actually came back and chose a business that I felt would continue to support me after the sale instead of the cheapest purchase option. This is an updated post from a prior, somewhat negative post. I got an awesome deal from Brinson CDJR on a 2014 F250 King Ranch with amazingly low miles. We processed the deal so fast it had not even had a chance to go through their quality checks and full detail, and I ended up having a brief issue. The GM was out sick and it took a bit to get the ball rolling, but once he returned and got involved they picked it up, cleaned it up better, and then processed a full service on it for us. Just got back from a trip to College Station followed by a real trip pulling a trailer to Virginia and back,

Customer service employees are pleasant. Problem is time that it takes for tire to be put on car with appointment. Schedule to their suggested time and still there over 1 hour later.. then spare tire not put back. This is second time this has happened. Tires that they recommend did not have Road hazard because they don't provide on the recommend tires by Firestone!!??

Had my truck at a different dealership for a steering issue they had it for a week and damage my bumper and didn’t even fix the problem. Brought my truck to this dealership and the had it diagnosed and fixed within 4 days. The steering gearbox that I needed was on back order and they went out of there way to find another one and have it shipped in. Jessica was awesome she kept me informed every step of the way on what was going on she handled everything with my extended warranty company. With the experience I had with this service department I will not take my truck anywhere else in the future

Best experience ive ever had as far as service at a dealership. Jessica kept me informed and updated throughout my visit on what was going on. Jessica made me feel like family with that big ol Texas grin. Ill def keep bringing my vehicles to this service dept as long as she is there. She is flippin awesome!!! By the end of my visit, i felt like we had been friends for years. She is very knowledgable and def know what she is doing!! I want to state that the sales person and the GM were extremely nice and empathetic and helpful. Once you get above that where decision are made with Chet Brinson the owner it was a nightmare. I purchased a car for my 16 year old. Main concern was Clean CARFAX and no smoke. Nobody wants a wrecked car. Car was delivered and there was a problem with the back end of the car. After a lot of back and forth dealership tried to rectify the situation and put a new rear end in the car. I asked again has this car been hit it sure seems like it. I was in town for a horse show over the weekend when I ran into a check engine light problem on my 3500 deisel RAM truck. I took it to the service department as soon as the light came on Friday morning and Jessica took excellent care of me and my truck. It ended up being a problem I'd had worked on a few months earlier. Knowing I was from out of town and here with horses, they were able to order the part and get it installed on Saturday. Loved the text message updates as well as phone calls. Thanks for getting me back on the road.

Now Yelp...y'all know I'm BIG on customer service and when the customer service sucks....E'ERYBODY is going to hear about it from me. So, on 9/6 I brought my car here for an oil change, as when I purchased the vehicle from here 2 years ago, they included so many free oil changes in with the purchase. Score! On 9/7, as I'm driving down the highway, my tires crossed that portion in a construction area where the sound of the tires on the road change & like 7 lights came on & all these warnings came on. This dealership is a godsend! My Grandmother, Kathy, originally bought her car from another dealership that was a nightmare through and through. We knew her vehicle needed some repairs from how it was driving but after being told 3 times by the dealership that she purchased it from that there was nothing wrong with it, she didn't know what to do since obviously that dealership had zero integrity.

Recently purchased a truck from Toliver Dodge. As I got my family out of the car I was not swarmed by salesmen. He was respectful and waited till I had my family out and started looking. They did great about showing multiple vehicles. We were not able to come to a agreement that day. I received a call to see if the customer service was good and not hounding me about buying. These guys are top notch. I drive a 93 Ford F250 and stopped at a gas station in Corsicana on my way from Dallas to Houston. When my truck wouldn't start, I walked over to the Ford dealer, waited about 15 minutes and was told that they could not look at my truck for three days... Went next door to Berry Dodge, really hoping for a miracle as I was far from home. I was immediately taken to the service manager, who brought one of his coworkers out to look at my truck. Apparently I had a bad solenoid, and all it took to start the truck was a jump over the starter relay with a screwdriver

Best dealership in Corsicana! The owner is a Christian and puts the customer first. I've gotten two cars here:
1. 1997 Pontiac Grand AM GT (used) - this was the second car I ever owned and was basically my car for most of college. It needed a few repairs in the first couple months, but was pretty good after that and the engine sounded great (very "manly"). Only thing I really didn't like about it was the color (purple), but hey, what can you do.
2. 2005 PT Cruiser (lease) - this was my first lease and I loved it. It didn't get the best gas mileage, but didn't have
