Safe Air is my company! All of the service people who have been to my house are knowledgeable, polite and have done an excellent job. My latest service was performed by Jeremy Pauley. Jeremy did a great job and made good recommendations. I liked receiving a text with a picture and short bio the day of his arrival. Thank you Safe Air for great service!

Jason didn't seemed to want my money. He never got back with me to give me a quote. I guess I had a glass purse and he underestimated what I was willing to invest in my house that my dad gifted me when he died. Shame on you for assuming dude, the money is in the bank silly rabbit...and because you didn't honor your work, someone else will get it. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

SafeAire Heating and Cooling is a very professional and efficient company. The office staff calls to set up appointment times. The technicians send a text message with a photo and an autobiography to introduce themselves, so you are not letting strangers into your home. They check the systems and perform all necessary maintenance and make suggestions of ways to update your system. Most of all they adhere to the Covid 19 guidelines when they enter your home. SafeAire does and excellent job.

This company is very difficult to work with. I've asked them repeatedly to send me information explaining why I was charged twice for a $450 line set, which they never sent me. INSTEAD, they sent the unpaid "debt" to a debt collector of who I just spend an hour of my precious time talking to about the discrepancy. Thanks Safeair!!!!

Amazing company! We called because our heater was not working and they responded the very same day. Unfortunately it cheaper to just replace our heating unit.
They were extremely informative about about the replacement units and gave several options and within 2 days our technicians arrived to install! Our technicians Danny, Ryan, and Gabriel were extremely professional and helpful!
We would definitely recommend this company!!

My system was old and I was basically dumping hundreds of dollars to keep it running. After seeing this they suggested that I upgrade my system. I was leary of a huge bill in this current economy. They came up with a good system and a great price with payment options that fit my budget. The installation went smoothly and any concerns or questions that I had were handled promptly. I will definitely use again and will recommend to friends and family based off of my experience with the company.
