Ken the owner/operator did a fantastic job! The carpets are clean and fresh and we are using fans to help the carpets dry faster. Magic Carpet uses a very high tech and expensive machine that shoots very hot water and cleaning solution to get out dirt and grime and at the same time another larger hose sucks out the grime and sends it on it’s way out of the house! The end result is a meticulously clean house, done quickly (under 2 hours) at an affordable price! Ken has done our carpets about a dozen times now over the years and he the only one I trust to do my house!

Ken is our go to Carpet cleaner. We are a 204 apartment complex who get a lot of foot traffic and boy a lot of stains. He was able to remove all our stubborn stains and make our carpet look brand new again. Mahalo ken for always being so kind and doing just a great job.

Needed carpet cleaned, years of traffic, never noticed the need until sectional coach was removed. Ken was professional, called that he could be earlier, well organized with transportation of his equipment, the cleaning couldn’t change the fact of normal wear discoloration, but the carpet looks, feels and smells fresh again. Now I see the importance of maintaining your carpet every 18 months at the most. I don’t remember the last time mine was cleaned. So replacement of my carpet is in the near future, but I’ll remember to maintain it. Denise ~
