Excellent info provided by Kelsey! He did not try to sell me any particular service but gave me good information about multiple ways to handle the issues on my property, some of which I can do myself. If I do ultimately need pest control service, I will definitely call Kelsey back to set it up.

Critical: Professionalism
While going through a construction zone on Glassford, he cut me off with my two young children in the car and slammed on his brakes. He then flipped me off. Absolutely unprofessional and downright reckless. Certainly wouldn’t trust a man with such terrible values to come anywhere near my house.

Because my neighbors have been very pleased with services provided by Granite Mountain Pest & Termite Control, I decided to call the company myself for a wasp problem. Response was quick. The office staff was very friendly and helpful, and Kelsey provided excellent service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative and promised a follow-up at no charge. I have been using Granite Mountain Pest and Termite for 3+ years now (ever since he did the inspection on the house I purchased). Tom is very professional and courteous. He always checks in to make sure no issues have come up since last month. He goes above and beyond to provide quality service at a very reasonable price. I recommend this company to everyone! Also, I have not seen a single spider in my home since he has been treating it ( I have the outside areas sprayed once a month)!!

My wife and I were selling a house and by law the house has to be inspected for termites. Granite Mountain did the inspection, not my call. The inspector stated there was termites. The house is 8 years old and did not have termites. I called another company No Termites, but because the first company filed a report we could delay the closing by months disputing the report with the State Pest Control Board or spend $300 and have the house treated anyway. The inspection is cheap $68. The treatment was $300. The house is well built with pressure treated lumber. The second company treated a spot under

Granite Mountain Pest Control serviced my house in Mayer. They were very helpful and had answers to all my questions. The service was quick and even a few days after I've noticed a decrease in the numbers of spiders I've seen in my home. They even offered a complimentary follow up appointment if we felt we needed it! Great service!

Office call was friendly and helpful. Response time coming out was good. Tech who came out was rude. Didn't introduce himself or even seem curious about our problem. Sprayed around the perimeter of the house, set a few ant traps and finished in about 20 minutes. Asked for the money didn't even say thank you. If we need retreatment we definitely will not call him again.
