I reached out to them to get a estimate on a small 3/4 bathroom in my existing den with existing plumbing and the woman I talked to said it would be in the range of 30,000-50,000. That is ridiculous for a 3/4 bath. I know people who have had full bathrooms added for under 20,000. If you thought my project was too small just say so.

Excellent company and excellent service. Everyone that came to work was always pleasant, knew what they were doing and did not cut corners. Always easy to get a hold of and would listen to my thoughts on the project. Together we would make decisions and they always were positive and very knowledgeable. Usually having construction in your home can be stressful, not with Cook Remodeling. I so appreciate their amazing job well done.

Cook construction completed a 1,000 sq. ft. addition to my home. The addition turned out real nice and looks like it was part of the original construction. Very happy with Jeff and his team. They communicated issues clearly and early, and made me aware of my options. I would definitely hire them again as GC.

First, let me say I am no relation to Jeff or Janet, even though we have the same last name! I helped oversee a project for a client and we were all so pleased with the results. When I went to see it when it was done I really could not believe my eyes! They enclosed a patio converting it into a much needed bedroom and if I had not seen the patio before I would have not believed it had once been there.
