Broke our antique marble table from Italy into pieces. Broke top of antique sewing machine. Broke some antique dishes and many other things. When we ask about what they were going to do they said we got the cheap ins. We got $750 for all that was broken. Hard to replace things you have had for years. We.even told them to be extra careful with table.

Worst movers ever! Claim they have a "Big Heart" it was all a lie! I was going to sue them for damaging my furniture but it's just not worth my time! I believe in karma. A couple of skinny guys showed up with no gloves or other tools to do their JOB. I fired them within the hour. When I called the owner he said you can get no more than ten cents on the dollar and they have NO insurance. I am filing complaints with federal agencies against this company. They ruined my white couches, dmaaged my front door and scratched my stair rail. BEWARE.

I used Big Heart movers on 2 moves within the last month. The first crew consisted of Vann, Keith and Mike. The second crew was Tomas and Keith. Both times the guys treated my family with respect. They were careful with our belongings, especially the larger furniture, even in the tight stairways in our townhome. We will be using them one last time later this summer.

We used this company last month.We needed help with unloading our stuff from Florida.I called just a day before i needed the service and Kurt was able to book me with a very affordable and reasonable price.Keith & Bailey were in time and were careful with our stuff.We would definitely book with them again once we will find our own home here in Houston! For the price, they did a good job. The crew moving me seemed fairly young, so they had to be reminded of a few minor things like wrapping certain items in shrink wrap and not taking it off once the items were in the storage facility. They were friendly and respectful, so I didn't mind that much.
The only thing that was damaged was an old storage cabinet I had. The top came off and I think that was just because of the way it was picked up. I called the owner and got a check less than 2 weeks later reimbursing me for the item.

I booked a 5 man crew with 2 trucks for my move this past weekend. 4 out of the 5 guys were very unprofessional and lazy. They took hours to halfway load up the 2 trucks, then one of the trucks broke down on the side of the road and they called me to have someone come to jump it. One of the crew members was on their phone almost the entire time until I questioned him about it. Another guy left early stating he had a family emergency. About an hour after that, another member left as well. Mind you, I was paying for a 5 man crew but at this point I only had 3 men there and only 1 actually working

These guys were awesome! They were incredibly professional and their customer service was amazing. They were the most affordable company we took quotes from and didn't start the clock until they touched the first box. Jordan, Charles and Dylan worked hard and were moving the entire time. Even when the elevator broke in our four story apartment building, they worked around it and did their best to make up the time. They took great care of our belongings and everything thing survived the move in excellent condition. We would definitely use Big Heart again.

This duo showed up right on time, ready to move my 4 bedroom home into a compact apartment. Xavier was the team lead and he was phenomenal. He executed, motivated and guided Anthony and together they moved all of my family's belongings with ease. I was able to relax while they moved all items with technique and style. I would strongly recommend. The quality and price was very well worth it.

Recently used Big Heart Moving and was more than impressed! We had the pleasure of working with Jordan, Charles and Tyler.
