Chris was amazing. He was very professional. He displayed excellent communication skills. He texted me the night before and the morning of arrival. In addition, he called me 30 minutes before arrival.
He fixed my Pottery Barn furniture very quickly. I was amazed how quickly he was able to fix my pieces. He did an excellent job!

Steven from FSN did an excellent job of fixing broken drawers on our newly delivered dresser. I expected we'd have to re-ship entire unit and endure another long wait but Steven's experience and craftsmanship did not go unnoticed and resolved the problem. We would highly recommend FSN and we'll be using them again.

DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY OR ANY TECHNICIANS FROM THIS COMPANY IN YOUR HOME!!!
FSN was contracted by Living Spaces warranty partner to repair a sofa leg. The technician spent over 2 hours in my home and the photos below indicate how he left the not only the sofa (legs pointed in 4 different directions), cushions thrown back on the couch, the floor in complete disarray with sawdust, chunks of wood frame, screws, nails, furniture staples and the liner strewn across my wood floors and area rug. Less than one week later, the same leg which was to be “repaired” has collapsed and snapped off. FSN
