Dixie Paint Inc. was established by Phillip and Sheila Loflin in 1982. The plan was simple: to provide quality painting services to residents in Wake Forest, NC. Phillip started in the residential repaint business and has worked on commercial properties, for tract builders, medical businesses and custom home builders winning many "Painting Contractor of the Year" awards.

The exterior of our house was recently painted and we were very happy with quality. They suggested changing the color of the gutters and it looked great. I was really impressed with the quality and the fact that everything we discussed was done exactly how we discussed (or better). I would definitely recommend them.

The team at Dixie Paint did an amazing job for us. They identified areas of needed repairs, worked with us on coloring and design ideas, and went above and beyond everything we asked. Dixie just finished painting the exterior of my home in Wake Forest today. I’m really pleased with the result, very neat and thorough job. Phillip made a great recommendation for my back steps, I had asked him to replace the worn stair treads with trex wood and they replaced the top handrail too so that it matches... looks sharp! They work very hard, they are polite and professional. Hand brush painting is the way to go, I’m convinced.

Dixie Paint had the most recommendations on my neighborhood website. I had them do extensive work on my house. They power washed, replaced most of the composite siding with hardy plank, replace 8 windows, trim, railings, steps, stained the deck and brushed painted the house twice. It looks like a brand new house. The work was excellent. The men at Dixie Paint take pride in doing a great job. They were professional, hard working and they cleaned up every evening. I have had siding and painting work done in the past and those guys did not even come close to the quality of work of Dixie Paint

Dixie did a lot of exterior repair work on my house about 6 months ago -- took a crew about a week to complete. I waited a long time before writing a review to see if any deficiencies in the repairs cropped up. None have.
Each day the debris around the house was cleaned up. Each time I mentioned something that I wasn't satisfied with they made it right without complaint.
The workers spoke English so I didn't have a communications problem. There was a foreman so I had an on-the-job contact to address any concerns.
