I had an issue with getting things explained and covered by my warranty on the first day of diagnostic, but I called the next week and spoke with Rick, and he was extremely helpful and really seemed like he cared. He worked hard to get everything covered by warranty and my extended warranty through Carmax Max care. I really appreciated all he did, and he really decreased my stress levels about my car. I definitely recommend Rick for customer care here.

Wow… I’m completely speechless. My husband took our jeep renegade to get our brakes looked at because they haven’t been right since we bought it (yes, it was used) in October. Now they are telling us that since they supposedly serviced them in September, our service contract (purchased AFTER the service they supposedly did) won’t cover what was NEVER RIGHT with them. My husband is in the service department getting chewed out by the service manager after I called and asked to speak to someone OTHER THAN THE SERVICE MANAGER THAN REFUSES TO CARE!

The sales staff weren't properly informed about promotions or explained how they worked. The company wasn't able to honor the low-end of their online estimate. Despite my attempts to make the process shorter by giving all of my information up front, I still spent 3 hours in the dealership only to walk out without a car, because the company wasn't able to be upfront and show me integrity.

My husband and I had an enjoyable time on yesterday meeting Nissan staff. First, we talked with Carlton Jackson, salesperson, who assisted with a test drive ! I fell in love with the pathfinder. Then, negotiations ! Everything was to the point and renegotiate continued which brought us to Mark! Very informative and know the figures ! 😁. We were immediately impressed with our Salesman, Carlton. We actually had two more places we were headed to look for a vehicle after we left the dealership. However, we were immediately comfortable with Carlton and he answered our questions honestly about another vehicle we were looking at at another dealership. He gave us honest answers and said " I just want to get you in the right vehicle for you, even if its not with us". He was helpful, but not pushy in any way. And because of this, we never went to the other dealerships to even look. We had one dealership blowing up our phone while we were
