Services
We build custom versions of our own plans, design custom home plans for our clients with local architects and designers and build home plans by national designers such as Design Basics and Frank Betz. Big or small (from 1600 to 5000 SF) all our homes share the consistent quality and detailing every homeowner deserves.
Pre-qualify - Most homeowners will meet with a bank or mortgage company to confirm the appropriate budget for a new home. Lenders will often provide a prequalification letter. The final mortgage commitment is subject to the actual home, property and improvements meeting appraisal targets. See some of our recommended lenders under PARTNERS.
Kelly Construction builds throughout south Lake and Porter counties in northwest Indiana including Crown Point, St. John. Hebron and Valparaiso. We often build on client lots and maintain a limited inventory in locations where availability is becoming scarce. We presently have lots in Ellendale Farm and Copper Creek.
Below is a limited sampling of various home projects we have completed over the past 21 years. SAVOY / SULLIVAN Stunning exteriors by Frank Betz with 2300 - 2600+ SF and 4 - 5 bedrooms. These homes have a bonus bedroom on the first floor along with the master or space to make a unique walk in. CAMBRIDGE T: A larger version of our own Cambridge home which we have built in Pine Hill, Bramblewood, Weston Ridge and Amber Fields.
ESTATE HOMES Kelly Construction has designed and built dozens of homes in the $350,000 on up range with each one being unique, one of a kind and never duplicated. The range of options on these homes is only limited by the clients with features such as built in spa rooms, stunning kitchens, magnificent fireplaces and extraordinary trim detail.
