This business needs a new sales guy! Josh may be punctual but he lacks in professionalism and understanding clients questions and concerns. He gave me the estimate and when I questioned it...he left and refused to go through it in detail! And just left my house! They have enough business already. Lol, so glad I didn't start construction and then find out they are awful! Thanks for saving me a headache of using your company Josh!

Jason Z was on top of everything from start to finish. He listened to what I wanted and then produced my vision! He took care of our concerns immediately and went above and beyond!! We completely transformed the look of our house with a new roof/siding/ and windows! I would do it all over again with Jason and JK Exteriors!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

We engaged JK Exteriors when we needed a new roof. Found them from an ad they left on our doorknob a few weeks earlier. First time I've ever got a new roof and we were truly overjoyed with our salesman, Josh, and his team. What a pleasure to work with! My roof was 20+ years old and needed replacement, along with the gutters and downspouts. I received 4 bids for the work. I'm really glad I chose JK Exteriors. Josh at JK worked with me through the whole process from beginning to end was extremely helpful and communicative about each step. He didn't try to sell me on an insurance replacement scheme, which a couple of the other companies did even though I knew it was a waste of time.

Due to extensive hail damage, we found JK Exteriors online and after talking with 2 other companies decided JK was our choice. This is a very frustrating review to write because ultimately the quality of the work is quite good. That being said, the customer service is terrible and the communication skills are non-existent. We've used them for 4 projects (new roof, leak, new windows, and tuckpointing). Their approach to scheduling is "we'll show up when we show up and don't ask any questions". If you do happen to ask questions, the answer is often "I'll check and get back to you". Spoiler: they won't get back to you. I've resorted many times to asking "are we looking

Had patio cover installed first week of August 2020. It started leaking before they were finished with the job. Has developed several leaks in past year. Also one of the posts holding up the roof was installed below grade and sits in water every time it rains. I have been trying to get him to fix the problems for almost a year now and he initially kept promising to send someone out to take care of this, but never has. I realize i should not have paid the balance until issues were addressed. unfortunately he had a good reference from a relative so i assumed he would honor his word. Some

We recently had some siding damaged by hail replaced by JK Exteriors. What a great experience from start to finish. Jason gave us a very competitive bid and truly went out of his way to find siding that would match our existing siding at a reasonable cost, which was not an easy job since our existing siding is over 20 years old. Thank you, Jason and JK Exteriors. The new siding looks great, and the match is fantastic. We highly recommend JK Exteriors and will be using them again in the future.

We worked with Mike from JK Exteriors and got a new roof, siding, and windows. JK Exteriors and Mike were fantastic to work with - very communicative on what was going on, worked with us to get exactly what we wanted for our home. They gave helpful advice on what to do with our home and took time to work with us instead of rushing to get through the job as quickly as possible and move to the next. JK Exteriors is a fantastic company to work with. We had a new roof, gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards installed. Jason carefully worked with us from start to finish. The no-pressure quote was given in person, with everything line-itemed so we could see exactly what they were going to do and the cost of each part. The overall cost of the project was very fair. The job was done promptly and communication with Jason was easy and clear throughout the process. Jason came by for a final inspection and to make sure we were happy with the work. JK Exteriors is highly recommended!

3rd party roofing crew did an awesome job!!! However, company representative Josh left a lot to be desired. First he disputed the roof measurement after roof was installed without contacting the insurance company. When he did they refused to pay the $1000 he was asking for and stood by their original measurement. At that point he came to me and tried to negotiate an amount for me to pay the shortfall. I refused to do so. Once I contacted the insurance adjuster and told them that he wanted me to pay the additional amount they decided to come and hand measure the roof. They did and their original
